This was hands down the worst food I have ever received from Del Taco—ever. I normally go out of my way for this location, which makes this even more disappointing.
I literally drove from Antelope, CA all the way to downtown Sacramento because I usually trust this Del Taco. Yesterday’s experience was so bad that I felt like I had no choice but to leave a review.
My tacos were short—there was barely any meat in them at all, like almost completely empty. Paying for tacos and opening them to find no meat is ridiculous. On top of that, the food was cold, poorly made, and tasted nothing like Del Taco should.
Everything felt rushed and careless, like quality control just didn’t matter. When you’re driving that far and spending your money, the bare minimum should be properly made food. This wasn’t it.
I’ve never had an experience this bad at this location before, but if this is how things are going now, something definitely needs to be addressed. As of right now, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I got the 3 street tacos. Even with Pico de gallo it lacked something. I don't know what. The double cheeseburger was excellent though. We took it to go. Ordering was fast and easy. Staff well mannered and attentive.

It has been almost 20 minutes waiting for an Uber Eats order in the drive-through, and the order only pays $5. Please do not waste drivers’ time like this. If you can’t handle the orders, please close your doors.

How are homeless supposed to be clean with no water or restrooms How do you the public think you would do?
Really gross bathroom. I do not recommend ever using it. I think lots of people who are homeless use it. No soap in the dispenser either. The eating area was gross too. If you have to eat here I would recommend the drive thru.
