Went in the drive thru and the worker says what can I get started for you. Is that how you train employees to greet customers?? We pulled off and went and spent our money elsewhere. We are in the restaurant business ourselves and look for certain behavior when going out to eat. That's not how greet customers in the drive thru. No up-sale, no welcome inn, no thanks for choosing us or anything. This location has been fired better fix that...

I know we came in kinda early, like 10am lol but the 2 people who were working this morning, well I don't think they were ready to get out of bed. They both seemed a bit grumpy and the girl was not friendly at all. I think it bothered her that we had come into the restaurant. We still ordered and sat down. All the tables were dirty so we wiped up the cleanest one we could find and sat to wait for our food. Another guy came into the restaurant while we were sitting there and she treated him the same way. The food was just ok, but I was still a bit disappointed because I was looking forward to that carne asada breakfast burrito. The last time I got one of those (at a different location) it was so surprisingly delicious. I'd never been too much of a Del Taco person until that burrito so when we thought we'd get another one it wasn't quite the same. Plus the customer service sucked.

7.00 box yum!!!!!! Da bumble! Service varies. In K street. The cook always gives me the Hannibal Lector look? So. I give her my version of the Hannibal Lector look back! Then she never says good morning or hi. So, neither do I. So, she proceeds to prepare my entree & it's consistently tasty! On calvine .. they love to talk. So I always tell them about my fifi. She's my trusted terrior & support person ( dog) & tell them of my travels at various parks me & fifi travel; The rock climbs, e-bike travels through downtown, old sac and back, etc. West sac is very professional, quick, delicious, & no time for idle chatter. All in all, the 7.oo box is unbeatable. 89-0 record so far. Like chavez in his prime. Go DEL TACO !

Chandler is an AWESOME young man that I have the opportunity to chat with most times I come to Del Taco through Drive-Thru on Truxel...His customer service is STELLAR and the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh when he's working...he is always very professional and friendly. He is a wonderful/Bonus asset to the Del Taco team. I am glad he works in my neighborhood...I like to call him my Del Taco Nephew...GREAT job, Chandler...Your customers adore you 👍🏾👍🏾...and even tho we are supposed to be on DIETS LOLOL...we come back because of the delicious fresh food you're serving up with that dazzling smile...YOU ROCK, Youngin 🫵🏾❤️✌🏾

Oh my god, it's true. Del Taco really does give you the trots. While I was there, the staff was like chasing after some gross bug or something like that. Yum! Sure hope they didn't put that in the tacos.

Today I’m having to end a 40 year relationship with Del taco. I grew up in Anaheim really close to the original Del taco. It has been a family tradition to go and get the morning breakfast rollers . In 40 years I never had Del limit the amount of hot sauces I could get. This morning the guy would only give me two per breakfast roller. I said listen. OK now that I know I’ll have to make a decision whether I wanna come in the future but can you please give me more than that for this order he said no his GM said he can’t. I said fine. Let’s go ahead and return all of them. I got a refund and I will never be going back to Del taco. To Any of them, doesn’t matter. They’re all dirty. Customer service sucks and it’s been a hit and miss on food quality, depending on location of the Del taco, this Del taco particular tables are dirty. The floor is dirty and I’m over it. It’s time to cut my ties.
