Be aware that the drinks do not come with fresh fruit as advertised on the menu. I was very disappointed when I received my drink and there was no fresh fruit. When I asked, the cashier said they don’t put fresh fruit in their drinks, even though that’s how it appears on the menu. On top of that, the service was horrible it took an extremely long time for them to make the drinks.

Drinks were not the best, way too sweet and tasted artificial. Despite being advertised as having “fresh fruit,” there was none in the drink at all!! The Korean corndogs were unbelievably oily and greasy!! The batter was soggy, heavy, and soaked through, making them almost inedible and leaving a nauseating, greasy aftertaste. Overall, not worth the price and definitely not somewhere I’d come back to.

This was our first time here. The service was great. The atmosphere was great. The shaved ice was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be going back. Everybody should go out and check them out. They even have boba tea's

I come here all the time and it never misses. The drinks are always super fresh, the boba is soft but perfectly chewy, and the flavors are literally sooo good. The place is small, but that just makes it feel cozy and even cuter — perfect for a little date or just chilling with friends. The music? It always matches the vibe. Like you walk in and it just feels right. Calming, fun, and makes the whole experience even better. The workers are super sweet and so kind. Also… the Korean corn dogs? They’re delicious but I do wish they were a little bigger. 😭 But honestly, it’s so good and cheesy, overall this place is such a gem. If you haven’t been, go try it!! You’re not gonna be disappointed!

Well we came here from 2 hours away as we seen this on tiktok. It isn't disappointing. We order bingsoo 1/2 & 1/2 and the flavor was on point. The customer service was awesome! We wanted extra condensed milk and they gave it to us with no issues! Will tell others about it and bring more people here!

Used the restroom and it was nice and clean!

On Shave ice you get very small amount of ice cream. Mango doesn't have mango ice . Comes with Vanilla 😞

Good place for shaved ice/bingsoo. They also have various types of drinks, including milk teas, fruit teas, foam cheese, and lattes.

All the flavors were good. Matcha bingsoo had more flavor incorporated into the ice.

Small boba place serving in Natomas area. Nice and pretty calm when I went. Large parking lot, shared with movie theater lot. Good variety of drinks to pick from. They also have a few small selections of Bingsoo to order from. We also got some Korean street foods. Yummy, will be back.

Didn't care for the drinks. The customer service was mediocre.

I've been here many times and enjoyed it but today was a horrible experience. They were holding some sort of market/kpop event. Unsure if it was the owner of the place or just an event coordinator on a power trip. Things were not clearly marked or communicated to regular customers not wanting to attend the event. She was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely lost a frequent customer.

The Bingsoo (shaved ice), tteokbokki, and hotdogs were so delicious! My kids wanted to come for the hotdogs again!!
