The outside is dirty, the front door stinks like piss. Inside not much better, ceiling dripping water and the windows are filthy, floor looks like hasn’t been swept in months. Took forever to get our food. Had to ask for more water even after employees walked by and seen my glass empty. Employees arguing with each other, made our server cry and walk off the job. Manager acting like it was a typical day there. Won’t be returning, other Dennys much much better.

Ok, so today we ordered breakfast for pick-up and when we got home discovered there were items Missing. This is literally the 3rd time in a row this has happened from this same location! Can't get anyone on the phone. Never refunded for anything, any of the times. AND LITERALLY ASKED 3 TIMES IF ALL ITEMS WERE IN THE BAG. 2 DIFFERENT WOMEN told us yes, they checked, it's all there...NOPE. DO not ever order pickup here. You're guaranteed to have a problem. 3 strikes, we're out!

First Sunday, all was good , second Sunday, not so good, took for ever to be greated, just felt like no one wanted to help the there guest that were there along with us. We finally decided to leave , gave us a bad vibe

Went here today at 9am walk in all windows dirty and it smells in there we waited 20 mins to place a to go oder and employee was getting food to serve to customers their food she wiped her nose and then crab food take to customers she did not wash her hands just nasty this are worst location I will not be back I walked out after waiting 20 mins

My dad was sick in hospital near this location and since we had stayed with him overnight around 8:45 am my aunt wanted to go have breakfast close by we figured we would be back in hour or so. We walk into this location they seated us right away. They did not have too many customers so we figured we would be done soon. 1 hr passed by waitress still didn't come after another 15 mins I got up to ask she came took our order. My aunt had ordered coffee she brought coffee 15 mins later no cream or sugar and no water for me. Another 40-50 mins passed by table next to us was frustrated just like us they were waiting for syrup and food was cold. At this point we had been at Denny's for longer than 2 hrs 30 mins no food. My aunt eventually got up to ask why such poor service and where our food was they said they were backed up with orders but barely had any customers. Finally after more than 3 hrs we got food still no water and no pancakes. Our skillets Cali Taco Skillets she gave my aunt tortillas 2 and me none said she was bringing never brought mine. My aunt gave me 1, since we didn't think she was coming anytime soon. After waiting another 25-30 mins we finally got pancakes still no water and no refill for my aunt's coffee. We finally checked out at 1:08 pm. When I mentioned to waitress that the service was the worst we had received she said next time if we need to rush to not come when staff is short. No apologies, it was first time in my life I did not tip. Honestly, I have never received poor service like this not sure how this location can run like this, I own a small business too and to me I felt like I do need to let the management know about this experience. I hope you do look into it our server name was Nicole B, she was more interested in chatting in back then getting customers orders and food to them in a timely manner

Worst experience! Staff is not knowledgeable, helpful or organized at all. Ordered online for pick up said it would be ready at 12:06pm. I get there at 12:05pm checked in and waited. Apparently they were out of waffles and didn’t inform me when she went “to go check” on my order. I overheard they were out of waffles and had to confirm with them myself. They should have told me right then and there they were out of waffles and couldn’t complete my order instead of me waiting around for 20+ minutes on my lunch break I might ad waiting around for nothing! My email notification said my food was ready even though they hadn’t even made any of it. They refunded me and I walked out and won’t ever return here. No wonder there was a lady that was also upset with them while I was there. I won’t waste another minute of my time here. This location deserves to be shut down for horrible customer service.

I want to state that the staff was friendly and service was quick. However, that doesn't offset the below experience.

Went here not having high expectations. There were 3 tables taken when we arrived, rest of the house was open. Server still sat us right next to a booth with a ceiling tile missing (open hole) and a nasty wet bin catching water on the table beneath it. No need to put us here. They were out of the item I ordered: t-bone steak (not the staff's fault). When we did get food, it was nearly flavorless. Even the gravy was bland. Despite my efforts and the table side condiments, I was unable to make this a pleasant eating experience. We didn't finish our meals. Afterwards, both of us felt unwell and regretted our choice to go to this Denny's. Nostalgia won't bring me back again.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but since this is a chain and the food was terrible, I felt a strong urge to let the above be known. Save yourself $50 and indigestion, just go to the Taco Bell or Indian food next door.

This place is filthy. I don't understand why people think minimum wage should be $15 to $20 per hour when a minimum wage employee cannot even wipe and clean a table and chair correctly. I went to sit down and sausage is still on the bench and another small piece on the table. Nevermind all the dust on the wood between each table. This bathroom is filthy. It looks very much as dirty as the bathroom in Saw I except that bathroom was a little bit cleaner. The bathroom was so dirty I couldn't even wash my hands. The paper towel roll was on the dirty cabinet and it looked wet and dirty. Dennys clearly tells everyone they have no standards. This location is basically just saying FU. I won't come back to this location. The only good thing was the server Nollie I think her name is was very nice and hard working.

Been here more than a handful of times. Every time it’s been a bad experience. But today was by far the worst experience, never going to any dennys again. Ordered online for pick up said it would be ready at 1:29pm. Get there at 1:40pm and food is still not ready. Waited an entire HOUR for 1 sandwich, 1 stack of pancakes and a side of 1 hash brown. When the food finally got handed to us, the order was missing my stack of pancakes and hash browns. So more waiting. Didn’t provide any condiments either. Online it automatically applied a $5.10 tip that was well not deserved. Couldn’t reach customer service either. Last time eating at any Dennys location.
