Really appreciate this store cancelling my entire order that was my dinner instead just removing the one dessert item that they supposedly don’t have.

Robbie's “High School Sweetheart” Wife Jewels

I Took My Husband & A Mutual Friend Of Our Out To Breakfast For My Husband Robbie's Birthday Breakfast. The Service Was Horrible. We Were Told By One Waitress At The Register That She Was Off & That The Other Waitress Would Be Helping Us. Then After We Were Seated She Help Us & Another Waitress Helped Us. All Of The Women Waitresses There Weren't Friendly With Any Of The Customers. They Ignored The Customers & Were Friendly Talking With Each Other or On Their Cellular Phones. The Customers Had To Call The Waitress or Walk Over To The Waitress or Wave Their Arms Around To Get The Waitresses Attention To Get Drink Refills. My Waffle Berry Banana Caramel & Whipped Cream Breakfast Wasn't Done Correctly & Didn't Look Anything Like The Picture or Sound Anything Like The Description In/On The Denny's Menu. ~ This Is My Second Bad Experience Here At This Howe Avenue Location. One Time They Made Me Pay Before I Ate & Told Me That The Cooks Were Off Work At 2:00am That Morning. And Nobody Could Cook Anything I NEEDED Cooked After 2:00am.

This was my first visit to this Denny’s, I was greeted politely. Ellie is a awesome waitress, she made sure that my wife and I enjoyed our meal. I ordered breakfast and my wife ordered dinner. My wife ordered the Alaskan Salmon, it was the first time that my wife complimented the taste of the broccoli, telling my that it was very tasty and that she had gotten more than she has ever had. I ordered the Lumberjack Slam, the cook Gustavo prepared my food as if he could read my mind, my food was cooked to perfection. The bacon was cooked the way I cook my bacon ( crispy)and the English Muffin was toasted the way I toast my English muffin ( toasted ) not flimsy like other restaurants that I’ve been to. I will visit this Denny’s again to see if Gustavo can cook my steak the way I like it. I always order my steak rare just to see if the cook has the skills of cooking my steak to my desired perfection.

So I stopped in here on an absolute emergency bathroom run at 2:30 AM and I cannot believe how clean the freaking bathroom was. I cannot believe how great their service is especially because they are right here in Collegetown. The waitress staff is amazing. There’s only one cook and two waitresses and they are absolutely Amazing. Their customer service is really good. I’ve decided that I am gonna have a bite to eat and see what happens next with my evening I did give the atmosphere five in the service of five just based on what I’m seeing so far I did not rate the food cause I have not eaten it but my guess is that it’s gonna be a five also more to come

This Denny's used to be a staple in the Sacramento community. I personally have ran a group that met at this Denny's for over 8yrs. Over the last few years the service quality has really gone down hill. They have gone through probably 8 different managers in the last 2yrs alone. Each worse than the one before. The A/c in the back room has not worked in over 2 years, the plug outlets in the back room have not worked in over a year. You can hardly ever call to speak to someone and when you do they just place the phone off the recover and walk away hopi g you will hang up. We are looking for another place of business that has a back room, sadly those are limited. It's a shame when our group used to frequent 60-80 bi-monthly. Those attendies have been so dissatisfied those numbers have dwindled due to the food and service quality this facility offers.

WORST DENNYS IN AMERICA.
I had to wait 34 minutes to be served and have my order taken. Then I had to wait an extra 28 minutes to have my food ready .
The fried chicken was dark brown, not even the golden crispy color. The T bone steak my girl ordered was tough. And beyond well done, though she ordered a medium steak.
I had my whole order returned and I’m still here waiting for this waitress to bring me the menu so I can order a sandwich to go. So digusting and disappointing. DO NOT GO HERE

Absolutely horrible service. I sat for 45 minutes and then they forgot about me and I kept having to ask where is the food and they came and had the nerve to tell me 20 more minutes so we left I ended up wasting gas and a lot of time and still left hungry
