I went in with my family expecting to have a nice dinner but end up leaving since we came the girl in the back just said welcome in had us waiting for almost 15 minutes never said I will be with you just was back with some guys just laughing like if they were on something need better stuff and it smells so bad like they mop with water of 2 days ago never will be returning back 🤦🏻♀️

I am a dasher, and they literally had me waiting well over 30 minutes for an order that I was there to pick up. The wait times are ridiculous they almost never have the food ready when I get there, and it seems like in the afternoon, they can't handle doordash deliveries and the customer inside at the same time. They need to get off the doordash platform in the afternoon since they get too many customers.
Additionally, there was also a crazy mental lady who kept coming in and causing a ruckus, as she was hitting stuff in there and getting in people's faces. Instead of dennys calling the police or doing something to handle it, the employees were laughing, and somehow, the lady kept getting back inside the restaurant. They need to have security or something there since they know a lot of homeless and weird people hang around that area as someone could've gotten seriously INJURED!
And to top it all off, the customer called me after I delivered their orders and stated that dennys forgot some items from their orders, including condiments. This dennys is the worst as they are always severely lacking in something, whether it is the service or the food. Do not recommend it unless you go there in the morning and pick it up yourself to check your food.

How do you “run out” of French toast after making me wait for 40 min after ordering?
My experience at Denny's today was actually very good exceptionally good!! Probably because Teresa and her staff were very attentive from the way they greeted me when I first walked in down to win they said goodbye walking out and I say Teresa and her stuff I'm assuming she's the manager just by the way she interacted with me her staff and the other customers she was constantly checking up and and interacting with everyone as though she owned the place in a very professional way. Teresa went above and beyond her call of duty as far as customer service is concerned, she was even helping me find deals and she wasn't even the person bringing me up everything was great I would have gave all five stars except I wish they had a larger shake cuz it was FIRE.AND Im a harsh critic because I worked at 31 flavors and I'm the milk shaker LOL. Thank you Dennys for helping my night go from bad to better... Teresa's went above and beyond our call of duty as far as customer services concerned she is for sure a prime example of a great customer service rep and Denny's should be prOUD TO HAVE HER ON THEIR FRONT LINE!!
Service was decent but the food has been going downhill. Not much flavor and the water was obviously from tap with the taste of chlorine. Not coming back anymore as everything has been getting worse. I should of known it when there was no one here and the parking lot was empty.

I ordered pickup and when I arrived, the waiter ties my bag shut and hands it to me without mentioning there was about a $4 meal substitution made with the main entree and the rest my meal items were also substituted again, without any word. If I had walked out without checking my order first, I would have been cheated out of about $4 and had I had any allergies to their choice of substitutions I would have been out of an entire meal! I'm also very grateful I didn't decide to eat there because the cook in back was blasting Mexican rap music extremely loud. The photos attached show what I ordered (roughly $19 before tax) and what I was blindly given in a tied up bag (roughly $15 before tax).

Oder a club sandwich, received with the wrong bread , I tried to reach out to the sever, too busy to come and see me , no utensils, napkins or the mayo that I ordered 29min ago, just want to walk out, last time I’m going there

Got the Smokehouse Mac and Cheese Skillet ordered online. Went to pick up, they were still working on it, ok. When taking to my car, I noticed it was pretty light. The meat was dried and burnt! Not even edible at all. Took it back in and the Manager on duty told me I couldn't get my money back because I ordered online! Finally, she blamed the 3rd party payor she couldn't reach, and made it seem like she was doing me a favor by giving my cash back instead. OK. Why wouldn't you just offer the food cooked correctly is my bewilderment. Other reviews say the same thing about the crappy food, get that right and have a happy customer base back. No reason for a Dennys to be this bad.

Very disappointed. Waited 30 minutes to get seated and another 45 minutes and they had not started my food. They need new servers and staff. People came in after us and got their food before us!!! Horrible experience. One start is too much!
