Great ice cream, great location (small seating area outside on K), great ambiance inside the shop as well (cool local art, classic ice cream counter). Awesome place to be when there are fairs or parties at the plaza across the street. I also appreciate that they are serious about COVID safety.

Very acceptably decent, which I mean as a compliment. Coming from a snooty snobby ice cream eater. Solid marks for pretty much every important aspect of ice cream. Texture, fat content/chewiness, sugar level, freshness, quality of extra ingredients added, availability of flavors (standard plus unique), and interior/location. Check check check. No outliers to put me off at all and no regrets about spending my weekend splurge calories here.So why a 4 and not a 5? Because while this ice cream is perfectly acceptable, I wouldn't tell you to go out of your way to come here. If you're in the area and want ice cream, this is a very good choice though. So check it out.
This is what DO I and K Street have been missing: craft ice cream made by geniuses using quality ingredients. Scoops or hand-packed pints, shakes and sundaes, floats, even ice cream sandwiches with house baked cookies. Wonderful selection of flavors and they always have vegan and dairy-free options. Cute patio, great for people watching. I predict crowds late into the night on weekends. #nom
