The waitress/clerk was inattentive. The steamed spare ribs were sour, cool and days old. The dumplings tasted frozen. The chicken feet were in the same container for days. The waitress was unfazed when I gently complained and returned the spare ribs. She removed it from the counter and chuckled with someone in the kitchen. The worst dim sum I have ever been served.

Great neighborhood eatery if you're in the mood for some delicious dim sum. Mainly designed for take out but there are some tables available for couples or individuals. Some popular items sell out fast like their delicious congee (jook) soup.

Gave me food poisoning! Also, the lady serving the food is the worst. She also sneaks broken pieces to your box if you are not looking.

Runs out quick, limited selections, price is medium, value is barely there but still good enough for a togo. Get the big bao here. Dimsum is soso.

This place has a wide selection and if you’re looking for a good spot in Sacramento this is a good option. It’s a nice little hidden gem in sac and it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for dim sum and don’t want to drive out to Chinatown in San Francisco. It’s pretty reasonably priced and in order to use your credit card you have to spend at least $20. I like that each of the items are labeled in English and list the ingredients inside. There is also a wide selection of frozen items. One drawback is that we ordered the stuffed tofu skins and it was packaged in the standard white paper take out container, which leaked

Ordered the shrimp siu mai and inside, the pork was completely undercooked. Could’ve done a better job at cooking it or else it would’ve made some people sick, but they did offer a refund.

This place might be the real deal! I was just loosing hope that Sacramento has no good Asian food compared with the bay and then I came to check this place out as I saw it as a recommendation from youtube.

I haven't had a curry beef puff / Jamaican pie since COVID as my Oakland Chinatown favorite bakery Napoleon Super Bakery stopped making them!!!
I know it's not difficult to make, but I'm not making it at home. Get the beef over the chicken as it has more intense flavor. Slightly Oily, flaky and crispy. Man that first bite brought me back to a happy place.

Cashier / server speaks English, Cantonese, or Mando they got you covered.

I wish prices were a bit cheaper, but if the rest of the food is as good as the curry puff then this place is truly legit.

They had low selection when I got there so that's good ~ 230/245pm.
The chicken feet looked plump and tasty
The savory steamed meat items looked huge!
I'm excited to take my folks here when they visit from the bay.

I'm use to food constantly steaming so curious how these warmers affect the food. The shrimp dumpling didn't look like it would taste as good as coming hot out the steamer due to warming temperature affecting texture and mouth feel

Dim sum is hands down my favorite food, and since moving to Sacramento, I’ve tried just about every spot in town. Dim Dim Food has quickly become one of my go-tos! The dim sum is delicious, super fresh, and the prices are really reasonable.
A few favorites I keep going back for: Crispy pork bun, Shiu mai, Chicken feet, and Portuguese egg tart

For Sacramento standards, this is about as good as it gets. No frills, good quality dim sum priced accordingly to what it should be for a grab and go. I committed to their food after first bite. I'm from Roseville and will always make the drive out to Pocket for all of my dim sum cravings. Do not overlook this place if you're looking for good dim sum in Sacramento.
