I ordered a large pizza, Parmesan knots, 2 marinara cups, & 2 liter soda. Not only did the delivery come in 40 minutes after it said it was gonna be here, mind you I only live a few blocks away. Before that, I tried to call and cancel the order , the delivery driver answered the phone in the store and said he was sorry he hadn't even left yet, so I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he said he would talk to the manager. I contacted the store immediately within five minutes of the driver leaving my house ., I received this rude woman on the phone that claimed to be the store manager telling me she made the pizza herself and she knew it was right one And only one pizza went out for delivery She continued by telling me the only way they were sending a replacement is if I gave her back the original pizza Which was fine because I didn't want this pizza.
