Dominos on folsom blvd sacramento has the worst customer service. It took them over 2 hours to make my order and when I got my order. My order was incorrect. I'll never order there again.

I wish they would do DoorDash because their delivery is so slow. App shows my pizza was done at 6:35 (quality check)and it still has not left the store 35 min later. This happens every time. It has taken up to an hour after the pizza is done. Sometimes I just have to have one and am too lazy to drive 10 minutes and get it😂😂😂🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

Do not order delivery, you will have a bad experience. I can tell you this from experience. More than 2-3 times my order arrives 1 hour and 30 minutes after my order. The app tells you it's on its way when it's still in the store. You call the store and they tell you it's 20 minutes longer. It's a joke, right Domino's? 🤣🤬

I ordered a large pizza, Parmesan knots, 2 marinara cups, & 2 liter soda. Not only did the delivery come in 40 minutes after it said it was gonna be here, mind you I only live a few blocks away. Before that, I tried to call and cancel the order , the delivery driver answered the phone in the store and said he was sorry he hadn't even left yet, so I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he said he would talk to the manager. Then a second person comes on the phone, talks to me for a few minutes before I finally get the general manager. He tells me that he doesn't know who I talk to you, but it couldn't have been the delivery driver because he had already been out for delivery, and therefore could not refund me because it was already out. Well, the driver gets here and this is now 40 minutes after it was expected. He confirms he was the one I talked to. I realize my two marinara cups, weren't there. And my food was ice cold. They offered me store credit because they said it was already out for delivery. But then the driver confirms that it wasn't out for delivery yet. So the manager made me out to be a liar. Zero class at all. I do not recommend this location at all. Also I do not blame the driver he was very nice!

My order was delayed 10 minutes. I ordered online and my pick up time was 6pm. I called @ 5.30 to make sure I get my food at 6pm as I am going to work. I felt it to be extremely disrespectful that the delivery was delayed 10 minutes! I will go back to this store and I do not recommend this store to anybody.

Ordered my pizza two hours ago. App has said a driver was on the way for 45 mins. Has said he was 0 mins away for 20 mins. I still don’t have a pizza. Phone number listed doesn't work either. Pizze finally showed up, cold, after 2.5 hours. Never getting from this Domino's ever again, and telling everyone to avoid it. Worst Dominos experience ever.
Worse pizza I've ever seen. Worse service and the most horrible delivery driver. The order was 45mins late and the driver had no change for these discusting pizzas. Never ever again. I'm starving!!!!!!!!!!

The workers took FOREVER, they were on the phone with friends and we waited 30 extra minutes than we had to after our pizza was ready. People who had just gotten there and ordered food at the counter got there got their food before us. We had asked twice if our food was ready and reassured it would be out soon.
