While you just can't have high expectations for any pizza chain in the first place, this one is exceptionally terrible at everything pizza places are supposed to do. Literally, all of it: food quality, delivery time, carryout, and customer service (mostly on the mgmt front). Definitely do not get delivery from this location, unless you're alright getting a coupon for more trash in return for the super late and marginally edible trash you first ordered. Carryout is almost certain to be an adventure too.

Wow... lots of bad reviews. I've only had two bad experiences in the five years living downtown and ordering from this store alot. Most of the time, they are fast, the pizza is very hot and well topped.

Man this place has gone downhill over the last year. The big mexican guy who was here every time I ordered is gone and there's a very angry lady who appears to run the store now. The specialty chicken came with less than a half of the normal amount of chicken, cheese and sauce and was more than 20min late for in store pickup. Homeless outside begging for pizza, bad service, bad food. Don't go here until management changes.

This is going to sound like such a small minuscule thing to complain about but every single time myself or someone that is at my house orders wings with the separate sauces, we NEVER get the sauce we asked for. After calling and speaking with someone the only back up that she could provide was “well both the sauces start with s..maybe next time you could try calling the store and make sure the right sauces are being selected”…………okay so does that mean the employees don’t pay attention to orders AND I have to make sure they’re doing the job that they applied for and they got all on their own? On what planet would I be picking the sweet icing over the sweet mango habanero sauce for WINGS. Be for real. Also the driver that I seem to always get never respects my contactless delivery request and always sticks around to try interacting with my dogs it’s very strange and uncomfortable. Again it’s small and not that big of a deal to most people and even I think this is a little dumb to leave a review about but since calling the store directly and basically being told I have to be responsible for making sure I get something IM paying for it ensures I won’t be ordering here ever again.

I just had to do this, as, my husband and I are pretty much pizza aficionados. Have just about tried them all, but turned our noses up at Dominoes. Well, tried it last night and it was GOOD!!We like light sauce, extra cheese and NO pepperoni. Ordered a "build your own",Got all the toppings we like and my husband gave the crust a thumbs up.Not crazy about the fact that they are not on Door Dash, so a $5.99 delivery fee, but I can live.And, the cinnamon twists, a thumbs up
The business focuses on fast, hot delivery. They met zero of that criteria - don't be fooled by the app or what the phone service shares. Nearly two hours after ordering the food was cold - shouldn't be surprised when it's made and then sits under a "heater" for an hour and a half. If these franchises are independently owned - Dominos corporate should be ashamed of this store. Don't waste your time - go to the store and buy a frozen pizza. One star is only because it's required.

I just had the worst ordering experience of my life. I placed an order at 6:31pm. Came down to pick up my order 25 minutes later. They asked for my name, order number and said it will be 20 minutes. In about 20 minutes they came to ask what my name was. I said it. An hour and 15 minutes after ordering i came over to the counter and asked to use the bathroom. They said bathroom is for staff. For obvious reasons i couldn't stay much longer so i asked point plank if anyone started on my order. I got a blank stare. I had to leave without my order. Somehow my order got lost even though i have an email confirming my order.

So tonight I ordered from Domino’s at 1901 J Street in Sacramento California. I ordered a medium pizza with garlic sauce, extra pepperoni, extra sausage, extra mushrooms, and bacon. I received a pizza with only cheese and mushrooms.I contacted the store immediately within five minutes of the driver leaving my house ?., I received this rude woman on the phone that claimed to be the store manager telling me she made the pizza herself and she knew it was right one And only one pizza went out for delivery She continued by telling me the only way they were sending a replacement is if I gave her back the original pizza Which was fine because I didn’t want this pizza. Now By this time I felt offended as if I’m gonna call and lie about a pizza, I paid cash for. I immediately offered to send a picture or she can have the driver return and pick up the pizza. She told me if I didn’t lower my voice she was going to hang up on me. Now I was not being loud or rude. Just very direct about my concerns with a pizza I paid for. This is the second time I’ve had issues with the store. Order At your own risk, you may just get that rude Manager. I have moved on to file a complaint with corporate. I’m mad at myself for paying cash and not paying with the credit card. I even tipped the driver well to top it off. I have to attach the photo to clearly show it’s not the pizza I ordered. There’s not one pepperoni sausage, bacon I only see mushrooms.
