I have ordered twice in one week from the Gerber Ave location in Sacramento. The first time the pizza was basically cold, I had to microwave it to get it to be hot. Last night I tried again, hoping for better. I requested No Onions and it seems like they gave me Extra Onions. It was gross. this time instead of accepting a discount on another pizza, I called them and asked for a refund. The manager at night and the manager in the morning both refused. I called just now and the General manager is now ducking my calls. Everyone has a manager, now I go to find out who is the Franchisee owner. Call me back Domino's.
Worst managing staff I have ever dealt with in my life. Jo Ann or better yet ho Ann refused to give me a refund for an order that was delivered after 11:30pm that was placed at 9:58pm.

This location should be shut down!! The new employees and management should be reported!! Horrible customer service. Terrible pizzas. They refuse to make the food way we requested. Simple things like putting extra garlic oil on the crust was a No, even though we were willing to pay for the extra cost. Pizza was uncooked and soggy in the middle and burnt around crust. Not to mention cold. When we asked for them to remake the pizza, management had terrible attitude and our refund took almost a week because we ordered online. We have been customers of this location over 5 yrs. Never again!!!
What you need to improve is your customer service.

After I said that he started to tapping & tapping the freaking paper that is says
no bills over 20.
No even a sorry for that or something
And he topped again , I didn’t appreciate that
The pizza was not for me
it was for my daughter and
Otherwise I wold have left it there
In top of that he was handling the Money and preparing the pizza with no freakin gloves in his hands
I don't think I would ever gonna come back to this Domino's location again.

I went in paid for my order and went to sit in the car... when my order was ready they tried to have me pay again. I was assertive that no I paid already. Then he said i didn't pay for my 5 ranch that i specifically requested and paid for. Y'all need to get it together oh and shout out to the only employee that was telling im assuming the manager that I paid and NOBODY LISTENED 🤷🏾♀️ I dont know her name but she was the best
Worst mangers very unprofessional.
They gave us wrong order and when we went to return and ask to fix our order she refused with refusing to refund our money and throw our receipt into garbage bin. ...Worst Worst experience...at Gerber domino's pizza
I’m really disappointed with Dominoes pizza, I ordered garlic twist but they gave me cinnamon twist instead. I tried using the app, to receive 20% off my next order but I got a message that something went wrong and to try again later. I tried to call, but they kept hanging up on me. I’ve never had a problem in the past contacting Dominoes when my order was wrong.
I need to find another location to order from, do I need to contact the corporate office to make my complaint since no one wants to answer my call to your store.
terrible service. Made an order for delivery and was given a time range of when the pizza would arrive, 20 minutes later the pizza has not been delivered, i then call and im placed on hold for 12 minutes and then get hung up on.

Very nasty and lazy customer service. On Sept. 24, I ordered CURBSIDE pickup and waited in front of the store for almost about 5-8 mins as I watched the two employees do nothing but stand there and walk back and forth slow as can be. I had already indicated online and through text that I have arrived waiting for my order as I finally just go in because I see they are not going to bring me my order. A lady employee is on the phone staring at me in disgust and a man comes around the corner slowly and walks up to me nonchalantly as he moves slow with no care in the world. Such bad customer service if there was no carside pickup they couldve stated that.

Their 2.9 star rating makes sense after tonight. I ordered our regular order and then a second order because the app was giving errors when trying to check out with my full order that contained one of the reward items. My first and large order was correct enough if a little well done. The second small order, however, was wrong and missing items. I ordered cheesy marinara dip with parmesan twists. But the dip I recieved was 5 cheese or it was missing the marinara entirely. It was a big oily mess. I was also missing the dip cups I ordered. No biggie. I called to get it partially refunded which apparently was just too much for the manager to handle. The poor girl on the phone was acting as go between and I could hear the manager in the background absolutely going off about how my order was correct because she made it herself. She ended up having to put me on hold while the manager had her rant. She came back with the unfortunate news that the manager would only put the correct item and replacements on my next order. But after listening to the way she talked about me and the way she was talking to her associate, I'll never be back there again. I let her know I would be calling corporate on Monday to have my refund issued due to missing and incorrect items. I've been kind enough to attach pictures that clearly show there is no marinara in my dip. Steer clear of this place, yall.

I wish if there is 0 star then I will give them -0. Firstly, a girl placed my order. At that momemt i was outside of that store and they said we will do delivery only and I agreed. When I reached my home I was in my parking and suddenly I got a call from domins that driver is not available and they cant do delivery... that was really a stupidy.. they cancelled my ordered.

I placed an order at this location after a HORRIBLE experience at the Florin Rd location. My pizzas were ready on time and they were hot and most importantly, CORRECT. My only issue is I did curbside, but parking is super inconvenient. Spots in front of the store were all taken by unoccupied cars. Other than that, I was satisfied.
Parking: Shares the parking lot with a grocery store, parking is hard, still not sure where you would park for curbside.

Good afternoon! I had an order for 2 pizzas, one pizza was burnt, the second pizza had bacon. I’m Muslim, I don’t eat bacon and I didn’t order this kind of pizza. The first and last name on the receipt are correct, but they gave me a low-quality product (burnt) and the second pizza it was not the one I ordered. It was all inedible for us
