Domino's Pizza

Worst domino location ever!!! I order my pizza online and paid 5:55pm Took me 14 min to get here. Once I arrived and selected I’m here, I received the alert that they put my pizza in the oven. Worst wait time. Next time I will drive a little out of my way to order from the J street Dominos location. 6:25 got my pizza one wasn’t made right.

Ordered a pizza for delivery that never arrived after an hour I called and the lousy manager proceeded to lie that there was only one driver working and that it would be another hour for delivery. Poor customer service poor employees never recommend this place.

It was a typical medium pizza..No extra NOTHING..Cold..Flat and DRY.

Tried to call them, no answer..I need a whole refund! And zip will NOT STOP UNTIL I RECEIVE ONE.

Should be able to leave no stars. I ordered 2 pizzas got 2 pizzas with ants inside the box. I ordered online didn't realize it was the 1500 W El Camino store. I don't buy from that store they are not only literally messy but messy all the way around. Called the store was put on hold for a extremely long time... Since they don't want to address the problem I'll send the pictures of my antless porch and the two pizzas with passenger ants to the health department & Domino Corporate. This store is just nasty & messy. Do better please...food and it's handling is important. Bad handling of food can cause serious health issues. If you want Domino's choose a different location this one will mess up your order and lie just so they don't have to correct it and now they are delivering extras no one asked for...messy straight messy.

Refused to take my order did not answer the phone and canceled my mobile order Three times

Had a rude driver a few months ago and the other night I get a cheese burnt steak pizza with barely any steak. Dropped down from a good 5 stars to 3

They told me my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes, but it was more like 50. The shopping center was full of people just hanging around and smoking.

The guy on phone named Hasban was so rude and hung up on my mother due to charging us extra and never received and pizza was cold said would take extra hour to bring ranch so pizza is super cold called me out my name and hung up on me. When called back stated he dont know what else i want that wont replace the pizza and will send the ranch in a hour poor service and rude employees.

If I could leave a zero star review, I honestly would. The customer service is lacking and they take over an hour for two pizzas, put the wrong sauces on, and just seem like an unorganized mess.We leave the house according to the app’s tracker and when the app said the pizza is ready, they haven’t even put it in the oven yet. Their excuse is that the app is wrong, but I’ve never had an issue with it at any other locations. Just this one. Every single time we show up for our pizzas, we end up waiting 30 minutes in store for them.If you want Dominos, go to any location but this one and save yourself a whole lot of time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service imaginable. They made my pizza completely wrong and when I called and told them they offered me a “pizza credit.” When I tried to redeem my pizza credit they messed around on the phone with me for 30 minutes and then hung up on me and closed the store for the evening. Never ordering from Domino’s again.

For a store with such poor reviews I was honestly surprised how well my experience went. Order was prepared correctly and accurately my husband was the one that I sent in to pay for it and he said staff was friendly. Online ordering was super easy first time I have ever used it. Best part was I knew exactly when our stuff was being prepared and it gave me time to head out from my hotel we are staying at. Overall it’s pizza kinda hard to mess up forgot how good the cheesy bread sticks are! Thank you for your hard work I appreciated our dinner for our family while on vacation!
