We both made a tiny mistake ... I didn't check my order before I left nor did the agent who handed me my order ... When I got home ? I had an order of garlic balls instead of the steak sandwich that I paid for ... It was a mistake on both of our parts so just don't make the same one ... Otherwise everything else was amazing ... It was Superbowl Sunday & they did a superb job in handling the rest ... Simply PERFECT ?!!!

The restrooms are closed for the customers. I nicely asked the employee, Can I use the restroom but she refused to open it. But the other lady was fine but still refused to open it.

Today my grandma was cussed out and hung up due to not being able to speak fast enough, the lady in the photo listed when she asked for her name she hung up in her face and called her a slow B*t*h. I went up to the location and she was very rudely talking about the situation as I walked in I confirmed my order and she said it was canceled. she was very disrespectful and she shouldn't be in this line of work her or her manager I managed to get pictures of them both.
