She was so kind I think she was the manager I’m not sure I didn’t ask but she was very professional, and quick to solve any problem I had. I haven’t seen this type of costumer service in SO long . I’m definitely sticking to this location .

Placed an order on the app for delivery took over an hour for them to even cook my food then when I called to ask about my order the lady on the phone told me didn’t wanna wait that I could come and get it myself very rude very unprofessional that lady should learn how to talk to guest and be able to problem solve and be accommodating towards guest not tell them that if they don’t wanna wait, then they can come pick up their food themselves when they place an order to go for clearly a reason will not be ordering from this location again biggest mistake I’ve made in a long time

We originally ordered from Domino's on Marconi avenue and they got our order wrong so we called the number on Google for the Marconi store but it led us to the Fair oaks Domino's we called the manager he was very unhelpful, disrespectful and rude while refusing to give me his name. Said he could not help in any way very unprofessional very unsatisfied. If you try to call Domino's on Marconi It goes to the Fair oaks store per Google. That Manager was rude not helpful at all. Horrible experience overall- ordered take-out all for me to have to drive down to the location to get my own food because I could not contact them.

Horrible customer service and experience. My bf and I were craving Dominos yesterday so we decided to order take out. We call, an AI answers (used to be humans who answered) and was really frustrating. I don’t want to deal with computers. The AI said our order will be ready in “12-21 minutes.” We got to the location, we kept asking about our order. They would tell us it’ll be ready soon. Finally after 55 minutes of waiting, the food was ready but they were taking a PICTURE of our sandwich. We felt enraged and disgusted of this whole experience that we ended up leaving. Didn’t pay, didn’t get the food. I’m truly disappointed in Domino’s.

I recently visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the experience. The food was slightly burnt, which really affected the taste and quality. On top of that, the customer service was very inattentive—they didn’t seem to care much about the customers. Another big downside is that customers are not allowed to use the restroom, which is very inconvenient. Overall, I would not recommend this place until they improve their food, service, and facilities.

Worst dominos ever im traveler i order food and very rude worker refuse to let me use the restroom even explaining for her my condition she treat me with racism she thought im latino when im not att all i just look like them and the worker also look latino ( are you latinos racist with 3ach other ) to this point ? ive been costumer for dominos for years never treated this way before even the food was disgusting the pizza was half way burned dont stop by and dont buy from them

Good service overall my only complaint is that some employees don't know their customers and when a customer wants their pizza a certain way it changes when they ask for light sauce or toppings on the pizza and then changes into heavy toppings or sauce that they didn't ask for then it becomes an issue. Look I've ordered multiple times in the past year from this domino's and I believe Samara, a GM at this location knows her customers more! Also reading their order is important because the person that got my order wrong with heavy honey bbq sauce is not cool because now I have to lower my pizza consumption on the 3 pizzas that I've ordered because it has too much sauce on it! I don't want a replacement I just want awareness and accountability for anyone reading this from the dominos store to make people get what they ordered and not more what customers asked for. Thanks Dominos!!

Prices were more reasonable than I expected, but the toppings weren't as flavorful as I prefer. They were a bit bland, and the sauce was minimal. I prefer more sauce and full flavor toppings.
It worked as a cheap birthday option we didn't have to cook, but I still prefer other options for taste and quality.

majority of the time this place never cooks the pizza all the way through . especially the stuffed crust, i ordered it and when i complained to support on the app i never got a refund or anything. very disappointing.
