Worst dominos ever im traveler i order food and very rude worker refuse to let me use the restroom even explaining for her my condition she treat me with racism she thought im latino when im not att all i just look like them and the worker also look latino ( are you latinos racist with 3ach other ) to this point ? ive been costumer for dominos for years never treated this way before even the food was disgusting the pizza was half way burned dont stop by and dont buy from them

Good service overall my only complaint is that some employees don't know their customers and when a customer wants their pizza a certain way it changes when they ask for light sauce or toppings on the pizza and then changes into heavy toppings or sauce that they didn't ask for then it becomes an issue. Look I've ordered multiple times in the past year from this domino's and I believe Samara, a GM at this location knows her customers more! Also reading their order is important because the person that got my order wrong with heavy honey bbq sauce is not cool because now I have to lower my pizza consumption on the 3 pizzas that I've ordered because it has too much sauce on it! I don't want a replacement I just want awareness and accountability for anyone reading this from the dominos store to make people get what they ordered and not more what customers asked for. Thanks Dominos!!

majority of the time this place never cooks the pizza all the way through . especially the stuffed crust, i ordered it and when i complained to support on the app i never got a refund or anything. very disappointing.

Don’t go here! Run! Ordered my food lastnight waited for a hour still no delivery! Been calling the phone and no answer finally someone answered and ask me if I can come pick up my order because there’s only one driver! Ask her if I can get it fresh she said it’s under a heater so it should be fine. Got home pizza hard and cold! Been calling all morning for a refund and no answer !

Watched my order be given to another customer today. They touched pizzas and returned when I asked for them to be remade the store manager became irritated and gave me attitude. I was told I needed to wait until all other orders were fulfilled. When I expressed dissatisfaction the manager refused service and cursed at me. I would give this store and manager negative stars if possible

I have ordered from here several times in the past. I have had some errors with toppings or sauces from time to time. I have had good luck with the store making things right when I call. Tonight is a different story. I had to call twice for them to even answer the phone and the woman who answered was quick to blame their problems on being busy and only having three delivery drivers. I had the app say my food was on the way with one driver and then it switched to a different person after 30 minutes of being out for delivery and it still showed my order at the restaurant. The second driver decided to stop for gas on the way which delayed my delivery for another 15 minutes. My food was out for delivery for almost an hour based on the app. And my house is only about 8-10 minutes from there. When my food showed up the entire order was cold and missing the sauces from the top of one of the pizzas which is added after it is cooked. They offered to refund the one pizza but didn’t seem to care about the fact that everything was cold and wouldn’t resend the entire order when asked. I asked them to refund everything after she refused to resend the order which they said they can’t do. This isn’t fair to anyone who gets what is supposed to be hot and it is delivered cold and incorrect. If you can’t make it right you are doing a disservice to all your customers. You absolutely didn’t make it right for me. I will be putting a stop payment on my entire order and never ordering from here again. You lost another customer due to poor customer service. I hope it was worth it for a $46 order which I will not be paying.

Halloween night I order our pizza at 424pm could not use my emergency pizza that night for unknown reasons. Ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. Our pizza finally arrived at 712pm and no salad. I call the store and was told it was credited back to me but like in a we owe you a salad so I am told that I needed to place an order via the app to use my emergency pizza so I place my order via the app 2 pizzas and a Mac n cheese with bacon total $40.19 had to opt pay with cash then had to call the store so she can add the credited salad and then I paid with my card but now my total was for $51.06. I asked the employee why the total in price changed for adding a already paid for salad to my order which she said oh its the tax then it's the delivery charge which I then explained to her that nothing at all should have changed with my total cause the salad was already paid for in full so now I'm being charged again seems how the dollar difference is that of a salad. Beware this is a scam how many others are being told we are sorry for not having your order complete we are really busy I can send it now or credit you..... they don't credit you cause they charge you again so how do I go about getting what's owed to me and how many are being taxed on these credited items 2x cause I did
