The sandwiches are great here, unfortunately the new location is a nightmare to get in and out of. I'm going to miss the food, but it's just not worth the hassle. Sorry dig out, but you really struck out on this one.

I love dugout so much it’s my favorite place to eat the people are always nice and remember me and it always comes out perfect it’s the best sandwich you will ever eat I highly recommend going

Been going to Arden location for a while now. Normally get really fresh sandwiches. (rolls) lately the new help thinks dried out sandwich rolls are ok to serve. After 3 times I finally asked for a remake and got attitude from new girl. The two girls working were more concerned about going in the back to talk than making a quality sandwich. Service is going downhill. 6 months ago I would've rated 5 ? not anymore.

I recently discovered Dugout Deli in the Arden area and I have to say, I'm in love! This place has quickly become one of my favorite sandwich spots in Sacramento. One thing that really sets them apart is their amazing garlic sauce - it's seriously delicious and I could eat it on everything!I recently tried the Chicken Salad sandwich and it was amazing. The bread was so fresh and the chicken salad had the perfect balance of flavors. It was obvious that they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in their food.But what really made my visit special was the amazing service I received from Cyd. She was friendly, welcoming, and even gave me a free cookie which was delicious as well! It's clear that Dugout Deli values their customers and goes above and beyond to make them feel appreciated.Overall, I would highly recommend Dugout Deli to anyone looking for delicious sandwiches, amazing garlic sauce, and exceptional service. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed!
