I often go to this Dunkin and it's always great. I recently inquired about getting a special order for a small baby shower a few days ago (donuts with blue frosting and sprinkles) The older gentleman said they'd have them ready, didn't even take my name but assured me they'd be done. When I got there, today they had them ready and looked great! They were exactly as I asked for and looked even better. The workers are super friendly. This is definitely my favorite location.

Had terrible service. I tried to call and they just asked if I I want dine in or delivery then I couldn't hear something I said and then I asked to repeat and then they just hung up on me

Waited long enough for service young lady eventually came to the counter she didn't say hi so I said hi she didn't respond back she then continue to tap her fingers on the counter like she was being impatient with me as I'm trying to figure out what I wanted to order
This place is disgusting nasty bathroom and they have horrible attitude also made my drink wrong so I asked the lady can you fix it but she just dumped my drink into another cup and said here with a attitude

Save your money and go somewhere else. The bagels are extremely stale and hard. My jaw was hurting trying to eat. Will never go here again. Definitely go somewhere else.
