honestly do yourself a favor and just go to the Bruceville one instead. the staff there is nice and actually competent. I’ve never had a positive experience at the Florin one. this last interaction really solidified how inept the staff is. I ordered a large latte on the app and he gave me a small and after about 5 minutes of me trying to explain I ordered a large and showing my order (very hard to understand right?) his solution was to give me the small along side a large cup with ice and no offer to remake it or any apologies. the food and drinks are great but I just always leave the Florin one in a bad mood. the Bruceville one is 15 minutes further from me but so worth having a good experience.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience trying Dunkin' Donuts for the first time. We went through the drive through to place an order. We asked if there was any Mocha drinks that were not Peppermint but he assumed we wanted the peppermint drink and we said no, is there mocha drinks here and the gentleman got snappy with us giving us a rude service.

I often go to this Dunkin and it's always great. I recently inquired about getting a special order for a small baby shower a few days ago (donuts with blue frosting and sprinkles) The older gentleman said they'd have them ready, didn't even take my name but assured me they'd be done. When I got there, today they had them ready and looked great! They were exactly as I asked for and looked even better. The workers are super friendly. This is definitely my favorite location.

So I got 2 sausage egg and cheese meals and long pieces of hair in my food. Ppl don’t wear nets no more
