My husband and I stopped at this location on our way to Reno and our way home. All employees were very friendly and greeted us with smiles. My iced tea was freshly brewed; it’s lightness is addicting!!! I love stopping at Dutch Bros when we travel!!!
Great customer service, and delicious coffee! the Dutch Brothers Coffee I go to is located at the corner of Greenback and San Juan. I really like the grasshopper!
The regular employees at every Sac location are super great, except for the regional manager of these stores - Corina. I had to take the time to call Dutch Bros HQ with a complaint because of how unhelpful she was on a recent visit. Spoke to a few employees a few days later who confirmed that she did not follow policy, but they felt helpless to speak up because she’s the regional manager.
