The girl who took my order was super sweet and had great people skills. i can't say the same about the girl who gave us our drinks. she had no manners and an ugly attitude the whole time. didn't say hi, bye, etc. and her face said it all. if you're gonna act like that then you honestly shouldn't be working a job that requires people skills. i understand we all have bad days, but just unacceptable

Well have to change my rating for this location. Got to this location at 9:45 PM and the woman was making out with their girlfriend/boyfriend from the driver's side window. She didn't even acknowledge me. Just rudely ignored me, I left. Will never come back to this one.

Passed by here earlier this afternoon, Sunday August 2nd, 2025. I had the opportunity to go here today. This is My first time going to this Dutch Bros location on West El Camino Ave. in Sacramento. I went to the walk-up window and ordered. I noticed nobody was in the walk-up area, I was the only person there. I ordered a Large Caramel Eagle Blended with Whipped Cream on top and caramel swirl all around it. The service was good. I was sitting at the tables while waiting and after I received My drink. I heard the music playing through the speakers as well.

The girl at the drive thru handed the drinks over to the car in front of me and then kept talking. They were very clearly her friends. I asked if I could order and she ignored me and kept talking to the people in front of me for another five minutes. I ended up not ordering and leaving.
