had the worst experience with this dutch stand just saw workers texting on their phones, when i got to the window i asked for the name of the girl texting her on phone not paying attention and she said it was Alyssa, management needs to discuss what the details of her job entail to her

We ordered an light ice on our drinks but our 22oz iced drinks looked more like 20 oz won’t do it again for $17.
My husband and I go here quite often since it’s close to our house. There is a little weird drive thru that allows for normal traffic to move through it to the rest of the parking lot. I’m sure every once in a while this happens. We stopped at the intersection of this drive thru to allow the cars waiting to go through… only that one car cut the line and then another cut after that one. My husband and I were pretty frustrated by this. One of the baristas standing outside taking orders went and spoke to both of these cars asking them to follow the proper line protocols. When we spoke to Fabian, who was the barista that spoke to the cars, he was so gracious about the situation and even let us know that he does not like conflict so it was a bit scary for him to do that! He was so engaging after that and he did not let the situation get his spirits down.

Got an absolutely phenomenal salted caramel mocha through the drive-thru here. It was quick and this coffee is way better than Starbucks. Will be coming back. ❤️❤️
