My recent experience at Dutch Bros Coffee was fantastic. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was greeted by friendly and enthusiastic staff, eager to take my order. The menu offered a wide variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages, and the staff was more than happy to help me navigate through the options. I opted for their signature Dutch Bros Cold Brew, and it was absolutely delicious – smooth, rich, and perfectly brewed.

Showed up at around 8:40 pm on 3/27 to get the 4 medium drinks for $16. was waiting in line for about 20 minutes. When clock struck 9:01 they said the deal ended and can no longer give me the drinks. Location only had 1 person outside taking orders. I believe if they had someone else outside to help speed things up myself along with others in line would've been able to make the deadline to get the deal. Usually pleased with dutch bros but today they really disappointed.

Dutch Bros is all hype. The fact that they serve coffee in cups that resemble super size McDonald's cups is not a flex. The lines are too long, the coffee is just okay, not worth it. Support local coffee shops.

As it seems every time i come to this location and deal with this one girl her name is Val shes extremely rude and cold. Ive had issues with her on 3 separate occasions. I am a previous employee of dutch bros so im aware of the rules they have in place here and one time when i tried to have them fix a mistake at the window she proceeded to argue with me about why i was wrong and roll her eyes. Ive always had pretty good experiences with this location but this girl is just rude. Ive never had a problem with anyone else.Update 1/11/2024Went back to purchase drinks today everyone was very kind and they made my drink exactly right. Thank you to the crew from today.Photos from today as well

I only treat myself on wednesdays because I need something to get me over that hump. Multiple Wednesdays in a row. I went to this particular location. And every single time they made my drink incorrectly. And I ordered different drinks so it wasn't that they just made the one I like wrong. I will drive the extra few minutes to the florin road location. Where my drink will be made correctly. And I don't have to pay extra for it
