Love Dutch Bros! Great customer service always! Love that they play music! The people that work here always seem happy and it welcoming to walk up or for me drive up and see people smiling and enjoying themselves especially while working. Its always a pleasant experience.
My go to order: large caramelized EXTRA thick, add a shot of expresso, whip cream, and Cinnamon sprinkles blended in and ontop! ❤️
Closet thing to their temp drink Churro Freeze which I need in my life again!🤤😉

Usually come here and have a good experience, but today was not that.
Came on Friday, August 15th at 9:10pm and the shorter blonde man who was outside took over 10 minutes to get to my car (he was at the car ahead of me, and looked like he was only chatting with the person in front of me about non related things. I can understand some small talk, but that was extremely long and made me late for work. The crew inside the shop are all amazing, it was just this one experience.

Great place, delicious coffee, and always smiling broistas. I would give 5 stars for service, but the split lane is disappointing. I can't imagine being a barista, taking orders, and trying to keep up with which car was next. I've had the experience on multiple occasions of cars arriving after me, getting their orders taken, and leaving before me because they used a shorter line and received service before me. Definitely will be using the mobile order ahead on the app or the walk-up window from now on.

This DutchBros is excruciatingly slow. I spent 30 minutes in line for 1 drink. Mind you I paid electronically and didn’t get my drink till I got to the window. Don’t waste your time at this location and go to the Northgate one instead. 👍 To make matters worse I got my drink all watered down🧍

I needed a rebel for the long drive home and Dutch Bros Rebel drinks always do the trick. A little icky sweet, but it kept me awake. The folks that take your order are always friendly and helpful.
