Worst duch bros experience ever! Took my daughter here to get her birthday drink. The guy was super rude and said she needed her own app to get it. She is 14 I buy her drinks so she doesn't have an app. Then they only gave her a medium after he had to go ask if he could even do it. So I guess from now on I will keep her birth certificate on me to prove it. Then I was informed they won't decorate her cup for her birthday. This has been a tradition for years I take all my kids to get a birthday drink on there birthdays. I have 3 kids. I spend a ton of money at Dutch Bros but this experience rubbed me so wrong. My daughter is so upset happy birthday to her.

I always buy coffee. The coffee is reasonably priced and very hot. The server's are so nice with a smile on their faces at 5:00 am. every morning that I have purchased coffee. We look forward to going to this place at all times. This is such a pleasant experience.

Waiting 15 minutes for a drink feels like an eternity, even with the best company or the most epic playlist. It's like watching paint dry, only tastier (hopefully!). Don't get me wrong, Dutch Bros. holds a special place in my heart, but lightning-fast service should be part of their charm. Imagine all the amazing things you could be doing in those 15 minutes - conquering your inbox, planning your next adventure, or even becoming latte art pro (from the comfort of your own home, of course). My point is, Dutch Bros., let's keep those delicious drinks flowing and the line snaking, not hibernating. Otherwise, with a heavy heart and a rumbling stomach, I might have to explore the world of other (non) caffeinated options.

It's not that I dislike Dutch Bros Coffee, I'm actually very fond of it. It's just that at this particular location on two different occasions, their timeliness and accuracy were less than stellar. Repeated my order twice, then had to correct it again for my drinks to not taste up to their normal standards.
