I went to this Dutch Bros last night. I ordered Hot chocolate. My drink was not even close to hot, and had a very weird taste. Will not EVER go to this place again. I'll stick to my other Dutch Bros I always go to on Sheldon and Elk Grove Florin rd. They always make my drinks perfect.

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. I’m from out of state and was excited to try Dutch bros for the first time. I went Monday night around 7pm and whatever girl took my order was atrociously rude. Awful service and I felt like I was inconveniencing her time. Whenever I was ordering she just kept interrupting me and didn’t even get my order correct. I thankfully went to a different location and they were amazing but clearly this location needs to retrain some of their staff on customer service.

Passed by here late this morning. This is My first time going to this Dutch Bros location on Stockton Blvd. in South Sacramento. I ordered a Large Caramelizer Blended with whipped cream on top and caramel swirl all around it. I paid with cash for My order. The service was quick and easy. By the way, I was the only person at the walk-up window. I pressed the button for service.

I ordered my kicker with light ice and they gave me my kicker with less coffee. When I ask them to please fill it. they said we cannot do that because we go on the measurements. So that it means that I have to pay $10 for ice Where I can get that for free In Starbucks .
