I ordered a Large Caramelizer Blended with whipped cream on top and caramel swirl all around it. I paid with cash for My order. The service was quick and easy. By the way, I was the only person at the walk-up window. I pressed the button for service.

I ordered my kicker with light ice and they gave me my kicker with less coffee. When I ask them to please fill it. they said we cannot do that because we go on the measurements. So that it means that I have to pay $10 for ice Where I can get that for free In Starbucks .

They got even single one of my 3 orders wrong. The boy who took our order was short and rude. Very disappointed
This is not my regular Dutch bros but I really wish it was the staff was amazing here! My drink was perfect and the staff was amazing and friendly especially Sam! She greeted me with a smile and listened to my order to make the perfect drink! Keep up the good work Sam!
