Placed a mobile order to pick up at this location on a whim. App said it would take 10 minutes but it wasn’t ready until 20+ minutes later. The employee mistakenly handed me the wrong drink, and when he made my drink, it tasted bad. Safe to say I’ll stick to the Howe location - my drink is always made fast and the taste is consistent.

Amazing customer service, tastey AF coffee, and an excellent way to start our morning off! I don't understand at all what people are complaining about customer service, had a lovely conversation with Zane our order taker and the sweet girl barista whom we didnt get the name of sadley...but its a brand new location of course not everything is going to be set up outside ? people need to be more understanding. AnYwAYS, definitely coming back to see Zane and the rest of the crew! Love you guys ❤❤❤

It takes a special type of morons to leave negative reviews for a place that wasn't even open for business yet. Oh vey. Anyways, If you like Dutch Bros and live near Kaiser hospital, support this location and spread the word because I think a lot of people don't even know about it yet. It's great not having to go all the way to El Camino or Howe to get my Dutch Bros fix.

It was my first visit to Dutch Bros in my neighborhood and probably my last. The young man who took my order was very nice and knowledgeable. my granddaughter's drink was excellent, however I ordered a medium iced tea. It was 99% water l. I noticed the barista had run out of tea and instead of making more, added more ice and water. The barista could have said "I am out of tea, would you like something different," or said, "I need to make more tea, can you wait," Either option would have been acceptable, but I got a water snow cone.

First time at Dutch Bros. This location had pretty slow service and all the available benches didn't have shade. Drinks were very sweet but that was expected. Price was okay. Overall it was fine.

It is a really bad look for Dutch Bros to have your employees out in 100 degree heat. It is unhealthy and angers customers. They also need a canopy and fan. The employees are awesome.

Such a shame. It’s finally open, was super excited, but had the worst customer service. The guys who took my order wasn’t even paying attention, took forever to get my drink, and he was completely distracted with his other coworkers talking about irrelevant/personal things. Ordered a strawberry horchata and it tasted like strawberry milk. You would think with them being a new location they would have superb customer service. 0 stars if i could.
