Unprofessional staff. Stopped by today 12/7/25 around 11:30am. They got my order wrong & when I told the employee she literally yelled “ NOOOOO” from the top of her lungs because she has to remake my 2 drinks. The 2 girls at the window were also talking poorly about a male employee who was outside taking orders. Just a weird, uncomfortable experience. I’ll stick to Starbucks .

Ordered a drink, they read it back to confirm, all was well. Until I tried the drink and no flavor was added. It was just a green apple rebel, a little disappointed that I only tasted original redbull flavor.

9/30 Today around 5:30 pm, I got off work and I was very tired and dehydrated, so I went to Dutch bros and the guy that had a full beard helped me out. I usually don’t give reviews but he was very nice and he gave me a drink suggestion after I asked him what he suggested and so I appreciate that. He also made the drink in less than 2 mins so he was pretty fast. Again, I don’t give much reviews but thank you so much brother. He knows who he is. I forgot to ask him for his name. But I will attach a picture of the drink!!!
