We've been going to this taqueria for a few years now. The food and cleanliness of the restaurant is good. The employees are welcoming.

I wouls say this is pretty good Mexican food has good flavor and seasoning, not the biggest burritos or tortas, fairly priced

Went in there again and ordered a grilled chicken torta with a woman who claimed to be a manager. When my food came it was a carne asada torta, she told me that i said asada and i told her I said Pollo asado , she got upset and said that she would make me a new one but that she feels bad about throwing away the steak torta and tried to make me feel bad so i told her I would donate and i did. She looked so unprofessional btw she just got back from getting her fake lips and they were all swollen and had Vaseline on them looked very bad to have been working in a restaurant like that

They have messed up my order multiple times by either missing items all together or giving us the wrong food. At this point the workers are either incompetent or are willfully bad at thier jobs.

I called in an order for 2 crispy carne asada tacos without cheese, an order of guacamole, the burria tacos & a few other things. I dr there & bring my food home. The 3 crispy tacos hv cheese & the burria order isn’t there. Call them, drive back, grab food, pay for burria, they say they only charged me for two crispy tacos, go home. The 3 crispy tacos are made with freakin chicken & their guacamole tasted like vinegar. They weren’t crispy either. They were flat & soggy & l kept getting 3 despite ordering 2. The absolute worst part was they never apologized for their mistake! Zero apology but 100% attitude. Total waste of my time & money. Never. Again!!!

Didn’t have a great experience with the food. Didn’t taste good. Guacamole taste was foul and was brownish in color. Ended up not finishing our food. $74 bucks down the drain! Wouldn’t recommend this place.

So upset the food is bad I got order for 82.27$ like around 845pm when we get home so excited to eat because we’re hungry the rice is spoiled and contaminated the rest of the order then when we try to call that night nobody answers then I call the next day to complain this customer service is bad trying to attitude I’m not trying to rip them off she sound like my complain is not important I wonder go here at night because seem like they don’t care if the servers a bad or spoils food as long they get rebid it

The food was decent. The food is over priced for what you get. My enchiladas are small. The taco was small broken. The presentation looks like it was tossed in the to go box.

This place open up recently in Downtown common shopping center!
Food is good and not to pricey and large variety of items to choose from! Staff is friendly and unlimited chips and salsa! All around great restaurant for a shopping center with minimal food options

I’ve been to El Burrito Taqueria a few times because the food really is great - no complaints there. However, the customer service is consistently disappointing. On two different occasions, we were helped by two different Mexican female cashiers who both had major attitudes, acting like they hated being there. No greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy - just cold, unfriendly service that really takes away from the overall experience.

If you’re going to work in customer service, especially in a restaurant with such good food, at least pretend to like your job or show some respect to your paying customers. A little kindness goes a long way. El Burrito Taqueria, please train your staff to be more professional and welcoming. Do better. If your employees don’t want to be there, maybe it’s time to hire people who do.
