Do not book or hire , save your money , unprofessional , lacks organizing skills , will confuse menus or contracts easily to special large events , and bring THE WRONG FOOD to the event
We traveled from New Orleans to my cousins , daughter quinceañera , they organized the party so beautiful, to find out the day of the quince The caterer CONFUSED the MENU , the whole entire menu she got was something completely different to the main order ,
That is a HUGEEE mistake , HORROR , she got paid upfront , properly , and once she admitted her mistake of mixing the contract , (mind you this all happening during the event , they should have been enjoying , not arguing over food that was supposed to be there ) leaving no option but to accept the food she brought to feed the guests ,
The owner had promised to make up for the HUGEE mistake , and offered them a taquiza , wich I was a witness of the phone calls as they were having a bad time because of her unprofessionalism , they set up a party with guests again because of her promise , and now she doesn’t reply any of the messages
I’m taking the time to write this , to spare you from a bad time , and save your money as well , I was sad to see all of the effort my cousins made , the party was perfect and beautiful , for that to Happen when it was a lot of time to plan the menu ? She needs to organize herself and also be a woman of her word ( she is not )
