The employees are rude there and they seem racist! There is a pregnant one of the el pollo loco employees in there who doesn't do anything like help customers or cook or prepare food because she is pregnant and she is also very rude. You speak to her or smile at her she just looks at you and just stares at you.

This place is horrible, the food is nasty over priced and very dry. The tables were dirty all of them you had to go ask an employee to clean them, he asked which table I'm like all of them. This place is trash. I thought it was going to be good and the servicing size are super small it's just a mess. I would never go here again.

Chicken is a little dry for my liking. Everything is so fast-paced that they lack a personalized experience. I understand it's fast food, but you can take a little time while interacting with customers to make people feel welcomed and appreciated, especially when money is being spent. None of the workers seem to be working in a pleasant environment.

They got my order wrong. I appreciate them for fixing my order. I just didn't like the lady in the back yelling that I ordered wrong. The receipt stated I ordered a burrito. But i received something else. The lady in the back kept yelling I ordered wrong. I'm not sure how I ordered wrong if the receipt stated burrito.

Just ordered DoorDash and my burrito was all rice. There were quite literally 2 beans and 6 small pieces of chicken. Very disappointed. Barely any avocado either.

I really do like your restaurant but the recent price hikes make it impossible to continue to patronize your business. $13 for a chicken salad just is not feasible. $14 for 2 pieces of chicken isn't any better. As history has shown, prices rarely go down, so I will have to bid you farewell. Maybe if I get a coupon I can once again afford your delicious eats.??

Everytime I go here I always have a bad experience in the drive thru. Last time was missing food that I didn't check while I was there. Today I ordered a family meal which always includes 1 cilantro sauce but I was told it no longer does so I said ok I'll pay for one. She told me I have to drive around and order again at the drive thru. That right there doesn't make sense, their was 1 car behind me and I'm sure they wouldn't mind waiting another 30 secs for the cashier to ring me up 1 cilantro sauce. I know it wouldn't matter but that's my last time going to this place.
