I was really disappointed with the chicken salad I had the lettuce was so old it was slimy and chicken was dry as it could be will not go back there.

I ordered the 2-2pc combo that comes with 2-salads,4 pcs of chicken,and 2 sides.The way they changed the box,I could not see the 4th piece,only 3..I asked the cashier to check,she gave it to the Mgr or Asst.manager controlling the chicken.The Mgr stated that is the way they cut the meat,the 4th piece was a keg so small,I was hidden(a little bigger than a corning hen).I felt the way the Mgr interacted with me was rude,and could of been handled better.I am a senior and Disabled Veteran.FUTURE FIX: chop of half chicken into 4 distinct pieces,and DISTICT MGR,give sensitivity training to all mgrs.,asst.mgrs.,and Crew Leads.

The first time I got the Chrispy Chicken Taco, it was outstanding. Lots of chicken pieces and big enough to see. This time not so much! I could not taste any chicken, just lettuce and tons of white cheese. I looked and found little tiny pieces of chopped up chicken, I'm talking little and very few! I ordered a chicken taco not a lettuce and cheese taco. Very disappointed!

Haven't gone there for some time, I enjoyed it better back then. This time I ate a chicken salad which was pretty good. I also purchased eight piecemeal for my son and daughter. I tried the chicken and it was too dry. It was overcooked. Sorry but I make better chicken. I rather have Kentucky Fried Chicken, but KFC is not as good as he used to be. Of course as always this just my opinion. Hey give Pollo Loco a try and tell me what you think.

The best thing they had going on was the shrimp tostadas. Was selling so good, they discontinued it. Guess I’ll find a new place to eat
