The South Sacramento El Pollo Loco has impressed me very much at my last visit. I ordered one of the delicious bowls that they have and was very delighted and satisfied. The food was so fresh and tasty. I couldn't wait to give them this 5 star rating. I go to all of the El Pollo Loco locations in Sacramento. They rank 3rd out of the 6 that I go to.

Haven't gone there for some time, I enjoyed it better back then. This time I ate a chicken salad which was pretty good. I also purchased eight piecemeal for my son and daughter. I tried the chicken and it was too dry. It was overcooked. Sorry but I make better chicken. I rather have Kentucky Fried Chicken, but KFC is not as good as he used to be. Of course as always this just my opinion. Hey give Pollo Loco a try and tell me what you think.

I just wanted to sayTHANK YOU!!!!TO JAIME!!!I called and asked 5 min before closing if he could make me food, I was going to be there after they close at 11:05 pm.He said I'll make you food just come by.Sure enough, that's exactly what he did!!!!!!He stayed open and made me food!!!He could have closed but he was a true gentleman and a great definition of what customer service means!!!So again,THANK YOU JAIME!!!!!
