Very disappointing experience—consistently. This is the third time I’ve had issues at this El Pollo Loco. First time, I ordered two combos and only received one. Second time, they were out of chicken—at a chicken place. This time, they had me park in the front for over 20 minutes with no heads-up, no explanation, just silence. It’s frustrating to deal with poor service over and over again. Something is always wrong here.

Been going here since it opened.sometimes the chicken is burnt.sometimes they get the order wrong.sometmes the chicken is super small.sometimes side order portion are small.we have had good meals here but they need to improve.

the wings are my FAVORITE, i get it every single time. i get them extra crispy and they’re made to perfection. i come so often because of how good they are. definitely worth a go if you haven’t tried it already.

SKIP THIS PLACE. Waited for 15 minutes TO PLACE AN ORDER. Wanted to try it, from FL. Had other people waiting when I got there for their food. AVOID, workers are incompetent as well
