I always enjoy your Pollo Loco it's my go-to spot when I want some cheap and also that's going to fill me up. This location near one my frequented locations which makes it very convenient. I highly suggest downloading the app or checking your messages I highly suggest downloading the app or checking your mailbox for coupons and because that's where you will find the best deals. I do not go to this restaurant if I do not have a coupon or a deal I got a burrito, chicken...

So u was the only one in here waiting on food tell my why it took 15 min to get a bowl...the chicken was done and about 4 ladies in there walking around not to mention I stood there at least 5 min b4 the girl that saw me came to take me order after another lady in the back finally greeted me then here comes a man if same ethnicity as them I went to the bathroom and went to counter for my food wasn't there but she called his # b4 mine(houstonwehaveaproblem) she seen the look...

Been going here since it opened.sometimes the chicken is burnt.sometimes they get the order wrong.sometmes the chicken is super small.sometimes side order portion are small.we have had good meals here but they need to improve.
