The food is always good at Pollo loco locations. I'm a little disappointed in the pollo bowl it had almost no chicken in it at all and it used to be very generous The food is good it's just not a good value because prices have gone up

Everything delicious and Jesse's service was very pleasant.
The service and attitude are beyond terrible. They mess up your order repeatedly. They take your order reluctantly and when you say this is not what I ordered, they start arguing with you! Shirtless people are hanging out there saying all kinds of obscenities around kids, when you complain to the manager, she just stares at you with an attitude, as if you are saying something strange. This is probably my last time going to this location and probably to El Pollo Loco in general.. Unbelievably disgusted.
My second favorite fast food restaurant 😋
