I gave it five stars across the board because the main purpose of going to El Pollo is to get some tasty charbroiled chicken ? at a cool price ... However ... the awning (overhang from building to shield customers from rain) is in need of repair and does absolutely nothing to keep rain from getting in your car when you open your window ... But ... like I said ... the food and everything else is the ?!!!

Dude this place might be the best value for the price in the area. Especially if you have a coupon. With the coupon the meal for two is $10, that is hands down the best deal on food I have encountered in my adult life. The chicken is perfect, restaurant is always clean and the portions are consistent and delicious. Pollo Loco has been our go to for years and hasn’t disappointed so far. Whenever family comes to town, they want Pollo Loco and talk about how sad they are they don’t have one where they live. 10/10
