Save your dollars and spend at a real dessert shop. The items are sweet to the point it’s disgusting and the price of 7$ for a small dessert item is crazy as well. I will most likely never eat Turkish dessert again. Waste of money!

Rude and terrible service was charged close to $6 for a piece of disappointment. Coffee was okay but I really believed I was over charged. Someone please let me know it’s not the money it’s the principle. Wouldn’t go back if there was a coffee shortage.

Terrible coffee and even worse customer service. The place is empty I stop in for a quick iced coffee I had to wait for the cashier to finish texting... she was rude and made I don't even know what but it wasn't what I ordered. Should have checked the reviews before wasting my time and money. Just terrible. Get some new employees please.

The service was very quick and smooth. Although I was the only customer, she did not give eye contact when I placed an order and thanked her and asked for wifi availability. The ice americano I got from this place was not particularly better than any other franchised coffee places like starbucks or Peet’s in my opinion.
This is a cool place and very unique. There is a gelato station and ice cream for scoops or an affogato. They have a variety of baklava and Turkish delight pastries. Here is why they are unique. I asked the barista at the counter if they make them at the shop. She said they are imported from Turkey (Türkiye). If you're in a hurry there is a grab and go section as well. The coffee flavor was great. I asked for cream in the coffee and I thought they would have some fresh cream in a fridge. Unfortunately I was offered land o lakes cream that was sitting in the dining room for lord knows how long. This location offers tap to pay.

There is a cashier at Eli cafe who is aggressive towards Black American customers and friendly to other customers. She appears to be middle eastern, average height, with highlights in her brown hair. She is inappropriate and competitive with Black customers. She delays serving Black customers, ignores us until the last minute, and serves customers of other races without an issue. I am sick of it. She is leaving the cafe open to a serious racial discrimination lawsuit. I have attempted to contact Eli cafe management twice to no avail. I will continue until I speak with someone.

Went in here during a mall trip and asked for an oat milk latte. When I went to take a drink my straw was suddenly filled with a chalky substance. After I was done with my shopping I took the drink back to the cafe, and asked if I could trade the drink for a Red Bull. Both of the workers there proceeded to argue with with me about how it my fault that it's chalky and that I should just have shaken it. I was not disrespectful to anyone there and they both had really bad attitudes. I won't be back.

The lady at the front need to fix her attitude. She has a ridiculous attitude. On top all the drinks I ordered don’t taste good. Don’t recommend this place at all. Matcha has to be made in hot water then ice but supposedly the so called barista she called herself knows it all (she knows nothing about how to make drinks)
