This is a mid-level lounge with a decent enough bar. The food was acceptable but not outstanding. There are no internal restrooms, but they are just outside the check in desk. The staff, though, particularly Darius, were stellar. Darius was kind, professional, and I watched him greet everyone who walked in with respect and a smile. He was constantly in motion checking people in, making drinks, clearing tables, etc. He made my visit memorable and I appreciate him.

Wow! This is probably one of my favorite lounges just because of the customer service. The front desk was nice and the bartender, Giovanna, was amazing! She was attentive and you can tell that she loves her job! She was approachable and I loved that she offered us different choices! Would to come back here!

Overall: This lounge is way below average versus the other Escape lounges.Pros:-located within the Delta Terminal-Front desk staff are alright (friendly)-The WiFi is real goodCons-Very small space with limited seats. So hopefully you are not going on a busy time or you will be standing.-The cliente are very rude and have pretentious attitudes like people owe them something. Amex customers are some of the worst to be around. Especially with all the loud talking on the phone so others can hear how important they are. ?-The place doesn’t seem to be clean a lot of times I have visited. Dirty counters and stuff all over the floor. The kitchen area has a lot of Gnats running around which isn’t the best situation when you are trying to eat.Overall: This escape lounge is below average. Needs a of internal work/upgrades to represent the American Express brand.

Giovanna was amazing, had 5 hours there and she made it pass like nothing!

Giovanna is the goat. Best bartender I have ever had. I would give 10 stars if I could. #northdakota

5 stars because the staff is always friendly and nice. Sandra helped me out today and she was so sweet and kind. Even though she was the only one working she took care of everyone in the lounge.Food is okay and dishes are usually out though. It seems like everywhere is just always understaffed and places are always overcrowded. So I won’t dock them a star on that. People who don’t understand that service is slower nowadays are just inconsiderate people. It’s a nice place to chill while waiting for your flight.

I wish I had a lounge experience to share, but I don’t. The lounge did not open on time. I waited in line for about 45 minutes past the 5AM opening time. I and others eventually gave up walked away.

I switched my credit card to a Platinum Am Ex specifically to have access to this lounge. Having visited Centurion Lounges in other airports (the SeaTac lounge is always 5-Stars), I had high expectation. The Sacramento lounge is always understaffed, consistently filthy, and overrun with people who have nowhere to sit. The food is bad, the customer service ranges from rude to nonexistent, and more often than not I end up walking out...choosing to sit in the boarding area over this "lounge."Today my flight was delayed, so I looked in twice. Nobody to sign me in, no signs instructing us to go to the bar, and the woman who finally asked to check me in was unkempt and missing all but two of her teeth. She seemed sad.I feel it would be better to shut this lounge down unless Centurion is willing to expand the lounge to accommodate the number of guests while hiring adequate amounts of staff.Advertising a $45 walk in fee for a guest to join is almost comical at this location. Whoever is in charge of quality control at this location should be ashamed. Disgusting.

Chai. Stephanie and Prince have been very helpful and accommodating. The lounge is packed and the service is still wonderful! Thank you.

Quite a mess and poorly kept. Staff clearly don't seem to care about keeping this place in good shape and refreshments stocked.
