After a while all lounges feel the same. Yes there a few better than others, but it’s a drink and a bunch of people on laptops and free snacks. However, THIS LOUNGE IS DIFFERENT!!!! Meilani and Sumarah make this place an experience!! It is exactly what you need when experiencing a long day of travel! These ladies are fun, kind, funny, light hearted, and make the experience of the lounge beyond memorable! I can’t speak for the other employees, but these two are worth a stop...read full review
We were traveling for a funeral and stopped in the Sacramento location in terminal A. While the trip is not the most pleasant, the stay at this lounge was phenomenal. Kelsey, our bartender was so friendly and inviting, and Christina, who checked us in and recommended some of the various foods offered was just as warm and kind. We have been amex plat members for years and frequently use lounges when we travel and this was by far the best experience we have ever had.
Charity is the best ever she is so sweet !!!! Two employees called off and she was the only one working. She didn’t even show she was tired or exhausted or anything. She did a great job doing every job by herself !!! I’m so happy I got to come here and it’s my first time! I will definitely be back and hopefully she gets a raise or promoted for all of her hard work !!!

Escape Lounges - The Centurion® Studio Partner in SMF Terminal B offers a quiet and comfortable respite from the busy airport, although it has become quite crowded due to recent changes. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring top-notch service, though they sometimes struggle to keep up with the increased demand. The food is kept warm and tasty, but the afternoon selection has been noted as slim by some visitors. While the lounge is clean and inviting, it is also described as tiny, making it difficult to find a comfortable spot away from others. Guests appreciate the free tea and coffee, and some enjoy ordering drinks like the Espresso Martini. Despite the current overcrowding, many still find it a good place to relax before take-off and get some last-minute work done.
