Deserving of 0 Stars!
Front desk attendant was either rude or in need of a pulse. Wait list was in place and we weren’t told that you must wait outside the lounge for as long as it takes. When we got back, the same attendant was there. This girl hates her job. Worst lounge we have ever tried.
There are so many people in this Lounge! It's way more comfortable going to the restaurant directly across from it. The front desk person is not friendly, very rude. We had to add our name on a wait list for 30 minutes. Then when we went back, we were told that we missed the window to enter (that we were not even told about when we added our names initially). We had to add our names back to the wait list again, at which time they told us it would be an hour and a half until we would be able to enter. So not worth it.
Front desk is rude
People working there tonight Monday Sept 9 were extremely rude. Front desk looked at me up and down and just stared after I said hi and told me we are closing in 20 minutes. Then bartender was like excuse me you need to check in when I’d already checked in and said bar is closed. Last time I checked you serve until you close. Was not surprised at all to see already such bad reviews. Amex fire these people and get it together. This is not the Amex experience anyone should have. What a way to ruin someone’s travels.
Frequent flyer here, and my experiences vary. On busy days, you may not get any food. I flew out this week around dinner time, and all of the food was cleaned out, and no water bottles. I don't blame the staff because there was only one woman who was checking everyone in AND making drinks at the bar. The people who work here are always kind and courteous. Escape doesn't staff this place properly. At times when there is food, there's a chance the food is cold. I can always find a seat at the very least, but if you're paying $50 for a visit, what are you really paying for? If I didn't get this benefit with my credit card, I wouldn't see this as a place to spend money on the visit. You have more room to sit and breathe when you are at your gate. It can get seriously packed in here.
Sad to say, other reviews are on point. The food here is lacking. There’s not a lot to choose from, and everything looks as if it has been left out a while. The food was cold and had no flavor. The Andes mints were nice, and the coffee machine was working. There was complimentary bourbon, so that’s a plus. Other than that, this place is a total bust.
Really bad. Bring your own food or get food outside. What’s in there is limited, picked over, and has been sitting a long time. Beware of bartender pouring triple sec instead of vodka into your drink. Also they ran out of club soda. What? Space is teeny tiny. No restroom. Barely any place to sit. Service is practically nonexistent. Not sure how they get away with calling this a lounge.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I visited around 6:20 p.m. for a drink, and the beverages were superb.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the exceptional receptionist and bartender for their outstanding service and delicious drinks.
Every time I come here it’s a new experience. I’ve only had one good one. But never bad enough to motivate me to post a review. No food. No dishes. Bartender trying to flirt with the hostess no clue what’s going. Customers circling around like vulture for food. I actually went outside to get food just come back and sit here. What’s the standard here a military dining facility?
It is the first room that makes me want to escape, everything is dirty, there is no food, there are no drinks, the coffee machine doesn't work... horrible

One of the worst amex lounges. They're always out of everything, the espresso machine is usually down and there are no open seats.
Maybe my expectation was low because of the reviews. The place is small but has all the essentials and more.
This lounge was amazing! Giovanna was so sweet, personable, and kind. She made the atmosphere of the lounge so inviting and made our pre flight jitters vanish! Thank you Giovanna?
Every time we come, we get disappointed. The employees want to get out as fast as possible, so they make their own “last call” hours. We came a week ago, last call for food was 7:30pm, but it was 7:00pm and they were already out of food. Today, 7:00pm was last call and we had just missed it. It’s unfortunate and consistently the same issue occurs. I have never been to any other lounge that cleans everything up an entire hour before closing time. I have a feeling that since there are usually only two employees working, they decide to clean up early so that they can get home early. Second time this happened, and we got the same horrible service each time.
Giovanna makes the very best margaritas!!! Thank you all, service was extremely friendly, drinks were great, food was delicious
