Was given undercooked salmon which is dangerous then waitress tried to gas light me saying that's normal. I kept pushing that it's not normal and then waitress said she'd talk to her manager. She didn't come back for about 10 minutes and acted surprised to still see me. She said they comped the meal but no one came to tell me.

I sat at the bar for a pre-flight girl dinner of wine and fries. The wine was good. The fries tasted and felt like they had been microwaved and were extremely lackluster. When I asked for a side of ranch the server looked me dead in the eyes and said, “we don’t do ranch.” What do you mean you don’t “do” ranch? Weird behavior. Do not recommend for girl dinner.

Pretty disappointing. Felt pressured the entire time by the waitress, and witnessed the other employees being rude to other guests. But then again TSA had the same aggressive behavior so maybe it’s just the vibe here.
Be warned about ordering a drink, as there’s a reason there’s not a price on the menu for them. Apparently it’s “standard” to make it a double, as well as “standard” not to ask if you’d like it to be a double, so it’s gonna be a $20+ beverage. I mean sure, airport restaurants/bars are generally a bit pricey. But the lack of transparency, common courtesy, and just plane good customer service really earned this place a 1 star rating. Food was ok. Nothing special. If you’re into IHOP then you won’t be too disappointed.

I ordered a quick bowl of tomato bisque soup. ($10.99 for a shallow bowl.) The problem? They have no crackers to serve with it. What kind of restaurant has no crackers to serve with their soup???

Don’t waste your money here! Hostess sat me, I followed instructions and tried to order with the QR code and it told me I have to see a server to order my single item. Turkey, bacon and avocado Sammy with fries and a coke. After quite a while I flagged the server down to let her know what the app said and she scolded me…”I have two sections and I still need to wait on these other people”. I should have left then. Sandwich arrived with the bread warm and everything else, Turkey, bacon and cheese all stone cold….$30. Do not waste time or money here.

Hostess while nice just seemed to ignore people until you. She asked the person in front of me how many, what time his flight was, etc. me - nothing, person after me nothing. The server took a while to come over - they are likely short staffed which is understandable at the airport. Placed the order and waited about 20+ minutes for my food. That’s not horrible but. When the food arrived my steak was barely lukewarm. The broccolini was also pretty cold and that was hard and under cooked. Apparently at the airport you cannot get anything beyond a butter knife so undercooked broccolini was virtually impossible to cut. The potatoes were cooked and seasoned well. They were the warmest thing but I would say they were not at a temperature you would have experience at a standard restaurant
Overall can’t be too surprised- just would have been nice for the food to at least be hot or warm.

Seating is okay and the service is friendly, but the enjoyment ended there. The food was cold, tasteless, and lacked any originality. The artichoke was burnt and flavorless, and my “spicy” shrimp fettuccine had no seasoning and was floating in oil.

This was one of the best airport breakfasts I had. The avocado toast with poached egg was amazing. My whole group was happy with everything we ordered and Jennifer took excellent care of us all. Food came in such a timely manner as well. Thanks Jennifer you really are great at what you do

Charged my card and my voucher. Brought half of my order out when I was about finished and ready to leave so I had to pay for it but leave it. There were also weird orange flakes of something mixed in with the ice. Very bad, 1/10 experience from food and financial perspective. $30 for about 5 bites. Oh and the shrimp tail was still on the breaded shrimp so that caused some issues.
