One of the best coffees that I’ve ever had. The coffee shockingly is not overpriced as many other coffee shops are. I can’t speak for the pastries since I’ve never had them, but it is a very nice place to sit with a friend and have a wonderful time

Estelle is a quaint and quiet establishment that makes you forget the madness of the Arden area. Food is phenomenally fresh and even a simple hot tea is divine. All the staff are courteous and kind which is always a plus. Can't wait to get some elderberry preserves next visit.

This place is awesome! Pastries, desserts, sandwiches and coffees are the BEST! It's so nice to have an excellent cappucino or latte and have great food to go with it, instead of just run-of-the-mill food (e.g. Starbucks and other coffee shops). We've been there quite a few times in the last several months and have never been disappointed. This place is not to be missed. Highly recommend.

Certainly, it is one of the BEST bakeries and places to grab a bite or to enjoy coffee or tea. The "icing on the cake" was the St. Honore pastry. There are very, very few places where this pastry can be found. What a special find!! If you want to give yourself a treat, give this place a try.

Awful customer service from the manager. I’ve had the same order fumble happen twice here, both times an error on the part of the manager, and both times she’s been rude about it and not offered a reasonable remedy. For the second time, I ordered a salmon tartine, only to find after a long wait that it had never been rung in. When I inquired about the order the manager was incredibly rude & tried to ring me up for a replacement. When I explained that a) I hadn’t brought my purse up to the counter since I was just checking on my order and b) the rest of my party was done eating at this point, she aggressively asked if I wanted it to-go. Having worked in food service for many years, I’ve been trained to offer a replacement on the house when the mistake is made on the staff side. Instead of politely offering to comp or discount the item, the manager treated me as if I were the problem. Sadly, since this has happened twice and we’ve been treated rudely both times we won’t be returning.
