I order birthday cakes for my Mother. I am in Kansas City and she lives in Rosemont. The orders has been described as heavenly. Thanks to the team of highly skilled professionals that makes this a wonderful experience. Thank you. I plan on coming by when I get back to Sacramento.

All of the desserts I’ve tried from them are delicious, highly recommend getting salted caramel cake!

Can't go wrong with anything you choose! Just know the portions we so lage for me I had plenty to take home!! And the desserts are one of one for sure!! Stop in for a hometown experience!!

went in to buy two lemon bars and was really looking forward to enjoying one when I got home. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, it looked like the lemon bars were at least a week old. The powdered sugar on top had hardened, and you could even see a crust. I was really disappointed

I moved away from Sacramento before Ettorre's became so popular, and I've been dying to try it forever. Well, the day has come and dear lord it was worth the wait. I wish I'd taken photos of the other items I got - the red velvet cake simply disintegrated when my back was turned. (I live in the South, now, and I know from Red Velvet cake.) This one is phenomenal, not too sweet and the crumb is to die for. The carrot cake is equally good, as are the lemon bars, Italian wedding cookies, and the pistachio macarons. Utter gustatory paradise! (Did I mention the red velvet is super yummy?) Everything is as delicious as it is gorgeous, service is fantastic, location extremely convenient. Go, by all means! Edit: we came back for dinner and my steak salad was simply perfect, no other word for it. And of course I forgot to take a photo, but I got two more slices of red velvet and by golly if they didn't disappear as quickly as the first. Table service is just as wonderful as the counter service. It's just an all-around wonderful eatery!

I recently picked up a tiramisu cake, which has always been a favorite, but this time it was very disappointing, the taste and texture were off, and none of us enjoyed it.

I called the bakery and was told by a manager that I could bring the cake back for a full refund. When I arrived, however, I was informed by the General Manager/Owner that a refund would not be given and that I could only choose another cake or a gift card. On top of that, the interaction felt passive-aggressive, and I was told the staff had tried another tiramisu cake and thought it “tasted fine.” The whole experience left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable.

I have been ordering cakes at Ettore's for decades. I’ve never had a complaint before and have always trusted Ettore’s for special occasions. The interaction felt very rude and dismissive of my experience with their product. I don’t think I will be going back.

The cake selection here is disappointing and the cake is dry. You’re better off going to another dessert place This place is so overrated. Have no idea how people give this place 5 stars.

Ordered a cake over the phone and drove from Roseville to pick it up. The bleached hair girl put the requested name tag on the cake by hand. I asked her if it’s normal that they use their hand like that. Since she was running all over the place and has touched the tag on all sides in front of me. She said I can remake it for you. I told her it was fine and she insisted. She went to the kitchen all the way in a Corner that I can’t see. Another tall skinny guy came in and was looking at her and smiling in a weird way. I didn’t feel comfortable at this point and asked for a refund. This is not the first time I noticed this place has gone downhill.
