The owner is so rude and disrespectful. He definitely grew up in the household with no manners or discipline of any sort. His demeanor and behavior is very bad. He always has a grill face. Never smiling never welcoming. He has that jail attitude still. Not good for business at all and also look what I found. Sacramento came down hard on him failed tremendously when it comes to health and safety. Dirty dirty dirty. Read what I posted out in the pics! They shut this place down. Because of numerous violations and then they let it open again so you know what they did they super cleaned it just to be back in business because this is a headquarters for all the falafel corners out there. Now if the headquarters is this filthy and dirty you don't want to know about the franchise locations.

I wish I can give them zero star bad customer service bad food service. They don’t give customer complete Order I order a combo quesadilla and it should be four pieces, but they only give me three and they blame me once you walk out the door that’s your order. We’re not gonna take it back. I fight with them almost for 5 to 10 minutes. Then they give me a refund. Bad service bad bad bad service

I recently placed a DoorDash order, but the app did not allow me to request substitutions. When I called the store two minutes later, they informed me that it was too late, as the food was already prepared and being bagged. The staffs exact response: “oh it’s too late we already made the food and are bagging it, yeah and it’s busy”. The requested substitution was due to a health concern, and I was highly disappointed with the restaurant's response. Unfortunately, this is not my first experience with subpar service at this location. I suggest that the owner provide additional training to employees on customer service and health concern of the customer. Your 2 dollar loss is nothing compared to the health concern of my loved one, will not return to this location.

We have been eating at Falafel Corner in Natomas for many years. Sajad really knows what he is doing. Not only does he have amazing recipes resulting in delicious food, but he trains his staff well, hires kind humans, and is focused on customer service. If they screw up, he will make it right. As a fellow business owner, I truly appreciate someone's commitment to customer satisfaction. Well, Sajad, you have customers for life in my household. Thank you!
Five stars hands down. I had chicken platter for lunch. Amazing quality - chicken is tender and delicious. Not too salty. Salad is super fresh. The pita bread is the amazing part. It's burning hot to touch when it was served. The bread itself is very tender as if they made it fresh from the oven. The whole dish is nicely presented and reasonably priced.
