Not only does he have amazing recipes resulting in delicious food, but he trains his staff well, hires kind humans, and is focused on customer service. If they screw up, he will make it right. Five stars hands down. I had chicken platter for lunch. Amazing quality - chicken is tender and delicious. Not too salty. Salad is super fresh. The pita bread is the amazing part. It's burning hot to touch when it was served. The bread itself is very tender as if they made it fresh from the oven. The whole dish is nicely presented and reasonably priced.

It's was great. The manager was very kind. I ordered beef pitas for 9 dollars and it is was big and tasted great. I also ordered the curly fries which was unique tasted. The food came in less then 10 mins. Highly recommended.
