I just want to inform of the experience i had with the downtown falafel corner on j st in sacramento. The store lacks customer service skills. I am used to purchasing from natomas location which is by far the best in terms of service. But anyways when I open to eat my burger there was only a little piece of bacon on burger. I will attach photo. I took back to store and instead of saying sorry or whatever, the man tried to say we only put one piece, and if that is the case then it wasn't even one piece. Then he just threw the package. And when I asked for my receipt back he ripped it in my face and said no. I was disappointed with the service and attitude like I did something wrong.

Authentic Flavors, Incredible service and atmosphere. Today we had a chance to dined at Falafel Corner. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The hummus was silky smooth, the falafel perfectly crispy, and the lamb kebabs were tender and flavorful. Each dish was fresh and authentically Mediterranean, making me feel like I was transported to the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. The service was also top-notch—attentive without being intrusive. They deserve Five Stars ⭐️
The falafel was Delicious! Light and crispy. The flavors were yummy , but I had a difficult time finding the lettuce in my salad. It was mostly onions and yellow peppers and olives. I could’ve used a little more lettuce, other than that it was great highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the Baklava was too dry... too dry... In the first picture of the place you can see one but when you buy you have another one... Too dry... But the cashier was pretty nice (I mean not rood) and smile...
I should’ve walked out when I felt the heat. It was warm outside but it was an extra 20 degrees hotter inside. I ordered a salad and my partner ordered a wrap. It took 40 minutes to get the order. 40 minutes. Got the food and it was not worth what we paid.
The food is great and a good spot for a quick meal while downtown. It is very, very warm inside. As someone who is normally cold, I was a little uncomfortable eating a meal inside.Some fans would go a long way to make the experience nicer. I was also shorted an item on my order, but I had to get back to the office. It was busy and I was only out two bucks. I will still be back for lunch another day.

This restaurant was located very close to the Citizen Autograph Hotel. The portions were filling and the food was tasty. I loved that they included tahini sauce. Drinks and desserts were also available.

I’m staying at a hotel nearby and decided to try this place. I got a falafel wrap and it was so DELICIOUS! The first bite I took had so many flavors. It is a good value for how much food you get. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but I would definitely recommend trying this place. I’ll be back here at least one more time before I leave.
