I cook professionally at a fine dining restaurant downtown, so I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt. But this experience was just careless. Walked in to pick up my online order, one cook on duty, didn’t say a word, just pointed at the bag. No acknowledgment, no hospitality.
Inside: a crumpled napkin tossed in, sloppy knife work, greasy meat, stingy on vegetables and sauce. The portion was small and felt phoned-in. It wasn’t about the price, it was the lack of care. Every detail said “we don’t care.”
Could’ve gone to Chipotle and gotten twice the food with actual consistency and a basic level of service. Disappointing.

Food is great, I usually get the gyro wrap but I've had the chicken as well. It's really, really good!
Unfortunately there only ever seems to be one person working so at lunch time there can be a bit of a wait if there's a lot of doordash orders.

I ordered two chicken bowls through a promo and got sent two bowls of rice... barely any meat and no greens. Was then told they wouldn't issue me a refund because it was through door dash.

Ordered the falafel wrap and it was nothing but lettuce and taziki with two oversized falafel patties that where burn to a crisp and the taziki sauce tasted like a watered down mayo and the guy working had no clue what mujadara was dont recommend this place if you want good falafel

They must have gotten a new cook. 😭 The Badmash burgers we got today (6-15-25) were terrible. The burger patties seemed old and were super dried out and hard. The bacon tasted old. The egg was WAY overcooked. It wasn't worth $5 let alone the $15 each. Looks like the original Natomas location is the only one worth going to.
