The food tasted good, was nice and fresh, and I got a good portion of food. 3 stars because I placed an order at 1:57pm for ASAP pick up. Said will be ready at 2:17. Got there at 2:21. The guy working there never started my order. There was no one else there and no other orders being made when I arrived. Just the worker sitting on his phone. I ordered in advance so I can pick up and go but ended up having to wait at least 10minutes for the food to be made. Then after I felt he kept rushing me to get my food while I was packing up my things. He was very impatient when asked questions. Bad customer service but good food.

Food is yummy and good portion sizes. The customer service is very good and the staff is friendly and helpful. During my visit there was a combative customer who seemed to be looking for a problem, but the staff handled it with grace and gave her excellent customer service and maintained a good atmosphere for everyone else present. Thanks to their hard work I had a very delicious and enjoyable dinner.

Ordered online on 1/28/2024. When I went to pick up my order, the store was closed and it was 1230 PM. They still charged my card without providing service. Please refund my $.Thank you for 10% off, but I want my money refunded. My card was charged without any food.I have been waiting for refund, but you didn't provide. Now, I wil contact BBB.

Food was delish!.hummus and falafel was super fresh and homemade like.. the green salad and tzatziki was also suprisingly good and fresh.. Ambiance was super dull. Very Old faahioned pix of food BUT....I was there to eat and not entertained. Service was just to the point. Not really friendly but not unfriendly either. AGAIN... stictly food wise..was geeat. Its more like a to go place.

They closed the door half hour before closing time even the open sign on the door still shows its open instead of communicating and providing the reason they dont even bother to respond very disappointing and irresponsible behavior of people there

Normally I have a good experience here but since some of the staff changed, the customer service is not good. There was one employee that looked maybe Indian and who I never saw there before, who wasn't friendly at all. And then when we ordered, we asked for one dish with no sauce, no this or that etc. He looked at us blankly and then repeated what we said and we confirmed and then he confirmed, the whole time with an attitude. So when the food comes out, it was wrong and I was like "hey, this is wrong, I asked for this". And he had the dirtiest look on his face, acting like I was asking for soo much. He was completely acting like we were being high maintenance when really we were customers making a simple request at the time of ordering. He decided to have an attitude the whole time. He totally killed the vibe of going out to eat. I ended up asking for to go boxes right away and getting the hell out of there. If the owner reads these reviews, please press your staff to have good customer service. I don't know if I'll spend money here if I see that guy is working.

I was walking into Chipotle after school but decided I'd try Falafel Corner right next door instead. I'm vegan, knowing my options are limited but they stuffed 3 huge, fluffy, and flavorful falafels in my pita, omitted the tzatziki and tahini mayo and replaced them with extra hummus. So delicious and satisfying. I also got a side of dolmas which were perfect but completely unnecessary as I'm stuffed to a point of no return. I didn't realize they have multiple locations, which is helpful depending on what area you're in. Solid 10/10 falafel Yummmm

The food is 5 star. The atmosphere is just OK. The service was just Ok, but I think the guys were tired. I will say that the gentlemen working were nice and friendly. Again, the food is really good and that's what matters. I would recommend this place and will be coming back for some take away.
