The employee working the counter today 9-15-25 at 1:30pm is one of the nicest, friendliest people i have meet especially working in an airport in California!! Sorry California but y'all dont have the best reputation for your southern hospitality but this guy was great!!! Someone please give him a raise!

‘A taste of the old country’ the spinach stromboli was decent, the salad was old, with wilted lettuce.

We stopped at Famous Famiglia Pizza in the Sacramento airport both for lunch on our way out and again for breakfast on our return — and both visits were great!
For lunch, the pizza was hot, fresh, and ready in no time. The garlic knots? An absolute must — warm, garlicky perfection. For breakfast, we tried the breakfast calzones, which were piping hot and tasty. They also have a nice selection of bagels, eggs, potatoes, bacon, and more.
A special shoutout to Monroe, who was especially sweet and helpful. She even convinced us to try the cinnamon knots with breakfast — pure buttery goodness. Great food, quick service, and a friendly team make this a perfect airport stop!

Staff was friendly, but place was dirty, pizza was not worth the money.

This place is scheduled to close at 9 or 10 but stop serving pizza 1 hour before. When there are dozens of flights still departing. It screams lazy and inconsiderate. Not sure how this
practice keeps business open.

Had a great experience at Famiglia Pizza at the Sacramento Airport! I ordered the pepperoni stromboli and it was delicious—crispy on the outside, packed with plenty of melty cheese and savory pepperoni inside. Perfectly satisfying before a flight. The service was quick and friendly, and it was nice to find something that tasted freshly made in an airport setting. Definitely a great stop if you’re passing through!

I had the sausage Stromboli. Filling Breakfast at the airport under $10? Can't complain. Wasn't hot all the way through but it was still tasty. It is a greasy sandwich but I prefer that over dry bread.

Don't expect to get a slice of pizza at 7pm on a Sunday night. Although it appeared if you ordered a whole pizza they will make more but that was unclear because the employee doesn't want to give you ANY information. I kept seeing whole pizza's come out of oven and put in a box. Employee couldn't provide info as to how long it would take to wait for a slice of pizza so offered cheese or veggie and told the 6 slices left was it! Went back a bit later to check on more pizza and they told me they were going to close as soon as their employee got back from lunch, this was about 7: 35. Pathetic service. Go home and get a life. Somebody please take charge.
We stopped by for morning breakfast before our flight. Our breakfast sandwich was good but a bit greasy.

The staff at the breakfast shift were absolutely the most joyful and friendly group I've seen at 3:45am! It was refreshing to have a hard working group serve our family, and the food was good as well. We have eaten there many times, but today was a notch above the rest! I just wanted to take a second and thank them for enjoying their jobs.
Asked if there was pizza available as I saw them coming out of the oven. Was told it would be about 5 minutes. Waited around for another 20 minutes and then they decided to tell me it would still be another 30 minutes. How are you going to run a pizza place and not have any pizza? Not even a breakfast pizza? And if they're pulling pizzas out of the oven an hour before they serve them, that means they're an hour old before they even see the site of customers 🤣🤣
Hands down one of the best breakfast sandwiches (sausage stomboli) I’ve had in my 45 years of existence! Wish it was hot all the way through and it would have been 20/10 good. Service was great and amusing at 4:30am!
My slice of pepperoni sausage and garlic knots was perfect, probably the best slice I’ve had in many many years. Best $6 I’ve spent all trip.
Greasy and no flavor pizza. Salad was decent
