Faria Bakery is such a gem. The baked goods are delicious — especially the almond croissant, which is perfectly flaky and not too sweet. The matcha latte was smooth and not bitter at all. The miso loaf had a wonderful chewy texture, and you can tell they use quality whole grains. The ambiance is cozy and modern with a charming mix of furnishings, and the staff is friendly with an easy ordering process. Definitely a spot worth returning to.
I have driven past here multiple times on my way to work and there is always a line. Today I decided to stop and try it out. It was reasonably full of customers. The odd part, was there was no interaction with the staff. The three people behind the drink counter seemed like they were actively avoiding acknowledging that we were there. I love Faria Bakery’s pastries. The almond croissant is good but too flaky for me, and not enough almond paste. Pain a chocolate is amazing. Their tarts and cream puffs are always spectacular and they base the flavors on the season. I also like their milk bread. Their lattes are alright. I like the atmosphere inside is cute and has a lot of good seating.
