Be careful with the pick up orders at this location they give you old chewy wings and it wasn’t late it was only 1:30. And they never put the right amount of sauce on your wings ever even when you ask for sauce all over your wings. I’m done eating at this location.

Beware of Take out orders: we’ve picked up at this location twice and both times they messed our order. Very incompetent employees. We were expecting garlic noodles and they gave us garlic fries, which taste horrible. Also they give us a couple boneless lemon pepper wings, I think they ran out a subbed it, because we always order boned wings. But the actual bone in wings we ordered tasted great!

Im so sad I went today with family and got the 20 pack family meal and the large chicken tender fries, and it was not seasoned well, it was not juicy nor fresh which is upsetting because they took over 15 min so I would think it was going to be good. I've been coming her for the past 3 yrs without any issues so I was pretty upset at how dry, and soggy and cold our wings and fries were considering we spent around $45. I don't know if just today they gave me old food, but before I have had positive experiences where it has been so juicy and so much sauce it was amazing! Today was so disappointing

We’ve ordered takeout from Fire Wings multiple times and they always get it right—even when we make special order changes. The food is consistently fresh and perfectly fried, and the customer service is always on point. It’s become a family favorite! We especially love the lemon pepper and Louie rub (breaded) wings, garlic noodles, jalapeño poppers, and seasoned fries. Highly recommend!

I've missed having Fire Wings since my local location is terrible. The wings at this location are big, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The staff was nice and helpful as well. Will definitely return if I'm in the area again!

Absolute terrible experience they gave sent me the wrong order and then 15 minutes before they close so they wouldn’t remake it because they were about to close. Rude shift lead on the phone . Go to the midtown location it’s a way better experience.

I ordered pick up only for majority of my food to be cold when I picked it up. The fries cold and look old. It’s irritating when you tip and still get sub par results …..End result was I couldn’t even eat most of it because it was nasty and stale. What a waste of money.Good luck if you order pick up. It may be cold and then some.
