Nice restaurant and food was served to us fresh and delicious. Took a while to get our order but once it came everything was good. Will eat here again!

Recently decided to head back to the center parkway firewings, much better customer service and the food tasted better. The delta shores firewings location is just ok as far as food quality I consistently get VERY well done wings from them. I’ve also had to show my CA Real ID to pick up my order several times now. I’m confused by that when my phone number and email address are on the receipt, things a typical fraudster wouldn’t know. Gotta be honest I am vexed to be questioned by a high school student on the validity of the transaction I’ve completed with their place of employment. Maybe if it were a 2-300 dollar order ok I get that. But for a 10 piece combo is there really THAT much fraud happening?

I understand Super Bowl Sunday is probably one of the busiest days but when I order at 11:30 am for a 2:20pm pickup, receive notification that my order is ready for pickup, I expect for it to actually, be ready. We were spoken to rudely by staff, told we had to wait 20-40 min, asked “can go stand over there”, and just simply received rude and horrible service. Don’t take orders, you can’t fill on time. AND THE WINGS WERE TINY.
I’m so disappointed from the food I got from Firewings on delta shores. I door-dashed and my tender sandwich was so nasty. I took a bit of it, and the chicken from the tender was brown, it also tasted bad. The chicken looks like it’s been in the fridge for a while. I will not be ordering from here anymore.
